Edited by: Antraman on 07/09/2009 07:34:46 Hi,
I would like to browse through item descriptions for market items, ships and skills etc while offline. I tried EveExplorer but it doesn't seem all that great.
No real need for looking at my skill queue or assets, etc.
I can't code, so the data dump isn't a lot of use for me.
Something like what nowak did for Supreme Commander, Supcomdb but can be saved to desktop.

EveHQ can seem to do most of that whilst offline either via the built in item browser OR Eve fitter (depending on what you are looking at that point in time)

Yup Eve HQ is the greatest and it includes what you don't want as well.

Without trying to be rude ... did you ever had a closer look ar EVEMon? There's a skill browser (including skill descriptions), there's a ship browser (including ship descriptions), there's an item browser (including item descriptions), all of them available offline.

if you'll settle for an online tool, instead of only looking at offline tools, http://www.eveiverse.com/ is pretty good... of course I'm biased.
