Personally it seems that goons hide behind the idea of playing a 'faith' in order to be total ass hats, while the powers that be do nothing, fine, whatever ill take it in game, but i hope goons personal lives are more interesting than their online lives...because online they suck as well as rl.

It's all well and good to have a prepared release which is careful to point out the difference between itself and any actual religion but when the members forget themselves and blur the line even further in player to player interactions it HAS crossed the line.

We're only roleplaying Al Qaeda," then we would be in violation of the EULA. We are not doing that. We're roleplaying fanatical space terrorists who follow a made-up religion that has only the most tenuous relationship to a stereotypical view of an extremist subset of a real world religion. That's perfectly legal (as any GM will tell you if you bother to file a petition. It might be a fine distinction, but that's the way it is.

If you honestly think we're violating the EULA, go ahead and file a petition. Let the people who get paid to enforce the rules decide what is and isn't fair game (I almost said 'kosher' haha). This Internet lawyery makes me tired.
