Jita Direct Sale (JIDSALE) is the third option for trading in Jita. Manufacturers and traders coming to Jita now have the opportunity to sell to us at a price that is inbetween the sell order and buy order market price.
Who am I?
I recently returned to Eve with the purpose to make a fortune in station trading. My 3 chars are Cista2, Sistar2 and CistaCista. They are all doing station trading in Jita, they are all in the JIDSALE corp. I am doing quite well, I started with 20 mil isk less than 4 weeks ago and today I have 610 mil in cash and escrow, plus what I have in assets. I try to keep my number of orders low, itÆs currently about 80-100.
JIDSALE business plan
Jita Direct Sale started just 1 week ago and will hopefully soon be the major element in my economy. The idea is so simple that it is hard to get clientsÆ attention û they think itÆs a scam. JIDSALE buys any item at a price that lies at 20-50 % of the margin between the dayÆs Jita buy and sell order listings. For a promising item (high margin, high turnover) 50 %, so smack in the middle of buy and sell order price. JIDSALE then makes profit through relisting. This potentially makes it possible for me to skip the buy order aspect of station trading completely.
I do have a few regular clients, and the number is growing. What frustrates me is I have to turn many clients down as they have offered to sell me products with a value of several 100 millions of isk which I didnÆt have at hand. Thus the idea of a bond already at this early stage.
The bond
I am merely selling a good idea, so this first bond is very modest, and with high interest rate. I will take investments of either 100 mil or 200 mil isk, for a maximum of 2 billion isk. The interest will be 30 percent, and returned like this: after 2 weeks you will receive 50 % of your investment back, and 2 weeks later 80 % of your investment is paid back on top of that. Investors that buy this bond will have ôfirst choiceö when second bond comes out.
Confidence
I have no name or reputation to speak of (you may remember me from the ôEnding the isk wars threadö). There is no audit or collateral, hmmm.
I do not yet separate JIDSALE from my other daytrading business. JIDSALE is just a minor element so far, this also means that even if JIDSALE is a total failure you will still receive your payback with interest.

The question is whether 2 (or 4) weeks are enough to get to know somebody "quite well"?
I can certainly vouch for the integrity of maybe 5-10 people in Eve that I know for more than a year (having played eve for 1.5 years), but how can anyone "express some confidence" in a new player?
On that note: why did you not reactivate your old eve character? What were/are the names of your previous/other characters?
Also consider this:
If I have a scheme to scam people, I may get a new account, get some easily duped people from MD to hang with me on a channel for a couple of weeks and then give their names as references for a bond I want to float. Then I would pay up when the 2 billion bond ends (as my previous character has funds), and then float a 20 billion bond, collect the money and disappear.
Don't mind the above. I believe that people are honest unless proven otherwise (thus am easily duped). I am also interested in your bond, as I have discussed this with you previously in Eve. But having read your post above I felt that I should express my feelings.

Anyway, if anyone is interested, my old characters from last year are Cistaa, Cistab and Cistar.
I realise there is little to do to gain credibility fast, I am looking into getting an audit if that's possible.

I'm interested, but just a couple of points:
- can you make it work at the rate of interest you are paying, considering you are operating at 50% of the margin other jita traders are?
- do you have enough offers to be able to turn the capital and start turning it straight away?
- can you clarify what you mean by 'investments of either 100m or 200m'? Exactly how many bonds are you selling and what is the max per investor if any?

- The rate of interest is not high compared to the growth rates I have had in my business - even though this will not continue I will still anticipate at least 100 % profit over 4 weeks.
- I have had more contract offers than I could pay so far - even though my corp info only asks for modest orders - so yes I believe there is potential.
- I made that 100/200 mil terribly unclear, sorry. What I meant is simply that each investor can buy a 100 mil or a 200 mil bond. I will sell bonds for a maximum of 2 bil, so 10-20 bonds.

This is Sistar2 = Cista2. Sorry for the confusion, but I should really start using this char as my main Forum char as it is my main game char.
Not sure what is required, I plan to just make an update here on the thread when I send out the interest rate portions. Since I will be offline later next week I shall probably send out the first rate ahead of schedule.

Intermediate report from the JIDSALE ceo:
Business has been well, despite a couple of entertaining setbacks (a cheap trade scam and an embarassing typo that caused me considerably more...). JIDSALE transactions constitute more than 50 % of my economy now, but my largest profits by far still come from regular daytrading. This is because a) I have as good as perfected my formula for station trading and it brings in amazing profit without any risks, and b) JIDSALE is still a developing child. It is a challenge to get good manufacturers and traders to change their business patterns, and I have been offering new customers attractive deals, knowing that I will sometimes take small losses. I have 5-6 very good customers that are continuing to supply me with their products, and slowly increasing that base.
I am paying back the first half of the 1st bond 5 days early. This is because I will be away from Eve a few days starting Thursday 24th, and since this causes me to shy away from new outrageous investments, that portion of isk was just sitting in my wallet anyway. I have not notified the individual investors, but you will find 50 % of your principal in your personal wallets later today.

Remaining 50 % of principal investments plus 30 % interest have been paid back today, a couple of days early.
2nd bond is running, 3rd bond should be up one week from now or earlier if I see an immediate need of cash. When it comes up, 1st bond investors will have 2 days exclusive purchase before new investors have a go.

How about a 24 hour plan for the first bond investors and a 2nd 24 hours for those who filled the 2nd bond?This does not mean btw that i WILL in vest in a new bond just seeing if this option is not more suitable.
