Dont know if anyones mentioned him already but NightFreeze was somewhat infamous way back for writing a story about an alleged scam (either details are blurred or it never happened at all sadly) but the story was pretty kickass, I read it bout a week into the game and it was one of the reasons I stuck around :D

Let's pick a few random names...
TWD - Excellent tactician, great with setups and teams. Captain of the Bob tourney team, and showed his prowess in a pre-EFT era.
Homo Erectus / DEATHWING - Capslock Crew, started wars just by talking in local.
Ign0raMus / Rawthorm - One of (if not the VERY first) the first Roaming pirating motherships, visited most corners of the map and did awesome damage.
Scius - Inventor of the Honour Tank. Lost a cargo-expanded Revelation.
Welsh Wizard - One of the best pilots in EVE I've seen, and I've never been on positive standings to him.
Farjung - Doesn't need explaining.
All pilots there are good for various reasons, if you're too much of either a new*** or an idiot to conceed that, then whatever. Your opinion.

I think it was Miz cenuij who got Ginger Magician banned. He scammed him for a lot of billions and then pod killed him. Then he taunted him from a station until Ginger made a RL threat and got himself banned. I remember reading an article in Massivley.com about it.
Miz has always been thee lowest form of life in Eve, a real social engineer :(

Krall Amarr.
Never have I wanted to do violence to a virtual character more. Among other things, the little sh*t rented out alliance ratting space to macros and ISK farmers, invited them to the alliance so that us pilots could defend them while they just cloaked up, then took all the "rent" money for himself instead of recycling it back. He's a thief, a cheat, and an all-around douche. The story is way move involved than that, but just his involvement with RMT puts him on the list in my books.
I feel sorry for the person who bought the character, because I will go out of my way to ruin that character's day any time i see him in local (or hear he's a jump away).

But this is about infamous people. Infamous people are not good for various reasons and awesome.

That's pretty much the opposite of infamous. You have people in your list like Chribba which are anything but infamous. Your actually insulting people like Chribba by saying he isn't trustworthy. Why to go for saying Chribba and others have the reputation of the worst kind. Then call people noobs or idiots for not agreeing with you.

I'm not sure if she has been mentioned yet (I haven't read the whole thread) but you might include Skira Ranos in this list as well. She is the one who wrote the pirate guide for nubbins, which is still a popular read in the C&P forums.

First to make difference between being famous and infamous.
Chribba is famous. For his services and honesty. He is not infamous as he never did any act to make him like that. There are more examples of people nominated wrong way.
Top 1 place is tie between Lord Zap and TankCEO. No one was known and feared as those two were.
Others are hard to put in order but there is plenty of them, both persons and corps.
They ar emostly pirates, scammers, spies, pure griefers and attention *****s. And Scius, he is his own cathergory :D
My list goes a long time in eve history so newer players prolly wont recognize some names, but all vets will know :)

Lots of pilots who will be rememberred for ages but i dont know if i would call all of them infamous..
Anyways: My list:
Jade Constantine: If you were in Eve in the early days before he got banned from forum you remember his long forum post`s and vision of free space.
TankCeo: He deserves the infamous tag..No need for further inroduction..Tank is Tank and he flew Raven alot.
Viceroy: First to kill me in Eve..
Jexter: Pirate from the good old days..Jokers was one of the big pirate corps even tho being small in size..My first solo kill..
Trey Azagthoth: Best pirate name ever..
SirMolle: Like him or not..That guy had carisma and leadership skills and a awesome silence on TS when he were FC.
Verone: I recruited him to Snigg as a pretty fresh pilot..Didn`t take him long to talk Sniggs reputation up and he kept doing it in Veto..Ended up talking his way into the eternity in Eve.Second best social skills in Eve after Jade..Will never forget our frigate gangs in PB..
Wild Rho: Old School pirate..Was one to follow in the early days if you wanted to learn how to act as a pirate..
