This thread is in serious need of more Politically Correct stupidity. Could someone please post some more "I dunna wanna be a Sambo" whining posts? The funny thing is that that can, in itself, also be taken as racism, after all what have you got against Minmatar?
Here, I'll help you guys out with some tears to keep this thread going 
Now run back to mummy and tell her all about this ebil thread and that ebil name. Oh, and as you don't want the name Sambo and nobody cares can I haz yur stuffz before you get banned for being a tard?

Hmm.. And stone is the sir name. They way i see it, is just a fancy upperclass word for Crack N....

Yes, in Swedish "Sambo" means "domestic partner" (as in, someone you live with and are in a relationship with but aren't married to), literally "together-living".

I remember Sambo's restaurants from when I was a kid (in California): Wikipedia Sambo's
In the U.S., this name was racist 40 years ago, but not offensive to the majority (white) population. Now this name is still racist and is also offensive to most people.

Its the attitude og folks that makes the racist, not the words themself, but many got a problem of differentiating between them.
Tbh, if you can't handle hearing an "offecive" word, there is something wrong with you, not the word. If a person uses the word to deliberatly hurt you, its the person who is racist, and you should have a problem with him.
I once killed a guy in low sec, and he proceeded to say "you must be black, because only blacks do this kind of ****". Thats racism, not the word black. If you get what I am trying to say.
Peronsally I find racism to be childish, to me a human is a human, and I only judge people by their stupid attitudes (and personal belifs, I can never take a relgious person seriously)

If black person calls himself (guess) that's not racist IMHO. If the character was named Sambo Stoner, that could be intepreted as racist. It's all about the context really.
On the other hand, I once knew this black african guy who was into "true black metal" and hated himself for being (guess)

in south south west africa (east coast), a bit north of the middle "sambo" is a term for sad internet spaceship game people who bought characters and dont like their names and are looking for cheap excuses to get a name change permitted and make awfull forums threads about it. so i have been told.

I actually had a friend with a toon named "lil Sambo" that got banned for being offensive .
I read the forums assuming there are no trolls, only really stupid people.
