I just lost my yacht on the test server because of some clowns that decided to shoot everything at the FD-MLJ gate in PF-346.
If I'm not mistaken, I don't think this is allowed.

Confirming this. They have been at it for at least an hour, much more from the reports I'm hearing, and they have been putting up an extra warp bubble every few minutes. Repeated attempts to inform them of the rules have been met with "LOL", "its allowed", "what else are we going to do?", etc, even after giving them the rules posting.
Sorry to hear you lost your Yacht, voogru. I was watching them when it happened. You'll get it back with the next bi-weekly mirror probably.

If these 2 losses where on Tranq i would have lolled and wished i was there, but yeah...doing this on the test server is just simply pathetic/moronic and would account for a lifetime ban on test and a month in eve itself imo.
Especially since they where told again and again about the rules.
Also Voogru, nice ship but damn, you've got mods i never even knew actually existed  Concord cloaking device?

I've been killed idk how many times in PF before and reported it to a Bug Hunter / GM or CCP. They've always told me that nothing can be done. I've seen people gate came PF- before as well so if they can do it and not get banned then why should we?
It's a game and its a test server impishness on "TEST SERVER".
3. I would like to add one last bit
NO PODS AT ALL were harmed in this, we followed the rules accordingly we never podded anyone. We never even used smart bombs.

I also clearly remember seeing a dread and a small fleet attacking us back so that alone is consent PVP. We were engaged so we fought back.

You placed TRAPS. You CAMPED the gate to FD-MLJ, making it IMPOSSIBLE for any players to get to the TEST area without losing their TQ setups. You setup an IMPOSSIBLE trap where players will most likely die before they get to the test area. Once a player was in the bubble range they are SCREWED.
You have blatantly broken the SISI rules and should therefore be permanently banned from SISI. The amount of wrecks is astronomical and your disregard for the rules is quite blatant. The rules apply in every system not just FD-MLJ. And even if it was just FD-MLJ you are making it impossible for players to make it to FD-MLJ with their ships from TQ which may interfere with their testing if they are testing modules that are not available on the market.
You killed my yacht and I can not just buy another one off the market.

I'll point you to the 2 big headlines stating GENERAL RULES and FD RULES. Under GENERAL RULES (meaning for the entire test server in my book) it says "Combat by consent only, except at FFA's"...
Now let me ask you, Where you at an ffa?
Now let me ask you, Do you think people come onto the test server only to get killed 1 jump before the testing grounds?
Now let me ask you, Because someone did it to you you must do it to others? You experienced how *****y it was to get ganked on test....
Escalate the issue to senior GM's or CCP staff if you got ganked and a normal GM won't "help" you.

The general rules apply to every system on sisi.
Rule #3 states, that combat has to be by consent only, except at FFA beacon.
As you correctly state, PF has no FFA beacons. There is therefor no exception to the consentual-combat-only rule anywhere in PF.

The thing that most bothers me is, why were you camping a gate on Singularity? I mean what are you going to get out of it? It's not TQ. It's just pointless and probably shows that you fail on the live server. I honestly tried to put up a gang to come smash your gatecamp, but when we got there, you were already taking down everything like nothing had happened. Too bad you all got away. Because, for you, it seems like getting kills on the test server is as important as it is on the live server, right? This just makes me lol...

If they do ban me then just wow and i dont wanna play the game anyways. It's a test server... youll get all ur stuff back.
CCP announced there gonna be doing mirrors every 2 weeks yada yada yada so seriously it's not like this was on the live server.
Sorry for the losses guys didn't think it was a big deal seeing is how its the test server thats what people go there for is to pew pew and not worry about losing the real thing on the live server.

The point of the Sisi server is to TEST STUFF OUT. Right now there are a lot of changes going through and players are rushing to get their stuff to FD-MLJ so they can participate in tomorrow's faction testing stuff.
Popping people for entertainment and kicks when they are legitimately trying to experiment with the test server makes you look HORRIBLE.
It's sort of like the code of honor on the test server. You don't gank people. You have consensual combat and leave the gatecamps and surpise attacks to TQ.
But for ****S sake man, this REALLY makes you look bad. Now people are set back in testing game features and you don't even have a kill to post on your killboard.
Go to TQ if you want to kill stuff, or FFA in TQ if you want an all-out free for all.

What voogru said. I was moving items to FD to test them on the Faction BS's seeding today... Yes I'll get them back and Yes it's the test server but now I can't test the ships with the mods I would normally use.
You guys knew what you were doing and were told repeatedly by others (and myself with chat logs) that what you were doing will get you banned.
Enjoy not being able to log on the Test Server.

I said STOP and will be more then happy to post the chat log as long as it doesn't get me in trouble so don't even try that crap Qing.

I'm sorry, I was more concerned with trying to get to the gate than a futile plea to say "stop", to someone who is already blatantly breaking the rules and obviously took the time to setup their malicious traps for people to fall into. I strongly doubt you would have stopped.
You know where the FFA beacons are, you know where you can have your PVP fix. A gate going to the test area complete with BUBBLES does not make it an FFA zone.

Problem is Qing Jao, you where popping ships that where bring fittings for the supercap/faction days, if I am not mistaken that's within the 2weeks.
So these people u where killing WILL not be able to use anything since you decided to camp a SISI gate.
Since you don't give a F anyways.... I bet CCP will Perm ban you and your buddies from SISI.
SISI has always been the wild west, but that does not mean you can go blowing on people just b/c its the test server, it has rules of which you guys can't be arsed to follow.

They do it for the local tears and for threads like this. I'm sure their keyboards are sticky with all the fapping over the attention they have got. Hope it was worth it as ccp has been know to extend the ban to a tq account if the infringment is annoying enough like deliberately stopping people from getting to fd to test stuff the devs want tested. Arsehat highjinks in the ffa is one thing but trying to trip the devs up in the beginning of a major sprint is not something I would advise if you want to be able to log in for the tq dominion release.

I lost over 12 billion ISK worth of mods (3x cormack EANMS) and misc other stuff (storyline armor plates, the concord cloaky, etc). I planned to use the EANM's on a supercarrier once they were seeded.
