Freyya,
I've been collecting awhile, Contracts, Trades, People I killed etc.. TBH I repackaged all the ships I had, threw all the mods into the Nightmares cargo and went... I prolly woulda been fine since they never broke me. I ran outta Cap 800's >< since I wasn't planning on fighting. Silly me. 
CCP, can we at least get a Dev to pat our little heads and tell us you are going to make it all better. This happened to ALOT of people (a TON of wrecks on that gate) that were moving stuff to help test the Pirate BS and Supercap Changes... We are just the Vocal ones.

Okay, so I went ahead and checked the gate before moving my next ship, my Tribal Pest.
The gates clear so I start making my way to the gate and sure enough some other clown starts attacking me but at least this time I made it through.
Player was "Felex Di", I asked him why he attacked me and he basically was "boohoo"
The test server is being made almost worthless by players breaking the rules, we can't buy faction ships or modules off the market and when these items are lost we can no longer test with them, when they are lost because of clowns breaking the rules it adds insult to injury.

Sisi is indeed starting to get out of hand as of late. It's a shame really, because it will either mean that CCP will have to babysit Sisi which is economically unfeasible, or that Sisi will be permanently taken down.

Simple solution would be to make a path to FD and put concord all the way along it. Not sure if this is feasible with programming etc but would solve the problem and make a safe way for people to get there without this crap happening.
Again I'm not a programmer and don't know how the game works in the background but would allow CCP to not have to babysit SISI, and give people a safe way into FD besides the moveme channel.

Meh, it would prevent future problems from happening and as for the being able to pwn n00bs part, I don't even care... yeah i had fun but this isn't something i do EVERY TIME i get on the test server. It was like a 1 time thing, seeing how mad people get i can see its frowned upon.
thus why we stopped doing it or id still be there doing it instead of replying to this post.

The rules are there for a reason, and as someone else has already copied them here, you can see that #3 from the general rules states, in no unequivocal terms "Combat by consent only"
Claiming they didn't say stop in local doens't make that right, you'd still be convicted of murder in real life if you shot someone, even if they didn't say stop, no?
I'll put bans on these accounts and set about reimbursing what I can. I'm not going to reimburse everything if they asploded 2 gazillion things, but I'll make a start on it when I'm at my desk.

CCP announced there gonna be doing mirrors every 2 weeks yada yada yada so seriously it's not like this was on the live server.
Sorry for the losses guys didn't think it was a big deal seeing is how its the test server thats what people go there for is to pew pew and not worry about losing the real thing on the live server.
The fact that mirrors come around with a particular frequency doesn't change the fact that the rules have been broken.
They're there and it's not up to you or any other player to arbitrarilly decide that the rules no longer apply due to x, y or z reasons.

Petitions don't work on SISI (or are not read), and TQ GM's don't handle SISI issues. So I think the best place to raise issues such as this is to post threads in this forum.

Thank you for posting so quickly! I'm pretty sure all of us would appreciate anything you can do to reimburse items and ships so we can all test the Faction BS (and Super Caps next week) changes with the mods we were trying to get to FD.

in case i had one

For testing perhaps? Maybe I would actually like to have some fun with my yacht instead of getting insta-popped. I also had some officer mods fitted which I intended to use for testing supercaps during the supercap testing. Now I can't do that can I?
It didn't matter what ship I was in either, all that mattered was me being in a ship at the same time these clowns were ganking people at the gate. I would have not made it in any kind of ship less than a capital ship or a nano ship. And usually the guard is down on the test server because of the rules that forbid players attacking other players without permission.

A test server kill mail is about the same as copying a kill mail of a shuttle and renaming "Gallente Shuttle" to "Opux Luxury Yacht".
But yeah, totally worth a permanent ban from the test server to have that TEST server kill mail, oh my I'm so cool! I killed a defenseless Tech 1 cruiser on a TEST server.

If you want to gate camp to test bubbles, do it in a controlled manner away from fd, and make 2 or more fleets to get permission to engage in fleet tests with gate camps. Is that so hard to do?
