The gates clear so I start making my way to the gate and sure enough some other clown starts attacking me but at least this time I made it through.

Player was "Felex Di", I asked him why he attacked me and he basically was "boohoo"

GENERAL RULES

1) NO PODDING.
2) No interfering with CCP, volunteer or player testing.
3) Combat by consent only, except at FFA beacons.
4) No hoarding of items.
5) Do NOT harass the BugHunters, Devs, GMs or Volunteers.

1. We weren't in FD-MLJ so NONE of those rules apply to us.
2. Someone kept flashing "3) Combat by consent only, except at FFA beacons." at us in local.

I want to speak about rule #2. It states that the combat is by consent ONLY except at FFA beacons. Considering we were in PF- NOT FD- the rule doesn't apply. There are no FFA beacons anywhere except FD-MLJ.

I've been killed idk how many times in PF before and reported it to a Bug Hunter / GM or CCP. They've always told me that nothing can be done. I've seen people gate came PF- before as well so if they can do it and not get banned then why should we?

It's a game and its a test server impishness on "TEST SERVER".


3. I would like to add one last bit

NO PODS AT ALL were harmed in this, we followed the rules accordingly we never podded anyone. We never even used smart bombs.


4. Closing

I know someone is going to say "BUT" you had bubbles and those are illegal and I would like to just say if you read up that is only posted under the rules for FD-MLJ and we were in PF-346. I also clearly remember seeing a dread and a small fleet attacking us back so that alone is consent PVP. We were engaged so we fought back.

Were their TQ accounts banned as well? Since they value time so little (2 week mirror, etc., etc.) might I suggest that rather than banning them from TQ as well you simply remove the skills they've trained in the last year.

After all, it's no big deal right, they'll get them back in a year.

As others have stated, do whatever griefing you want on TQ, not on the test server.
