The last patch that did anything for them was Apocrypha 1.5, and before that Apocrypha. Dominion will cater to them through space cultivation. So you were saying…?

So what counts as "for carebears" if new missions, new stuff to build, new ships to nuke rats in, new ships to transport stuff in, new stuff to research and (if you're brave enough) new places to do it all in, largely unmolested by ze nasti piewats doesn't cut it?

You offer no explanation for how new missions isn't for carebears.
Neither do you offer an explanation for how new NPCs to blow up isn't for carebears.
Nor the new stuff for manufacturers (carebears or not) to build.
Nor the new materials to gather.
Nor the new plexing mechanics (and content).
Nor the new toys that make all of the above much easier.
Nor the upcoming changes that gives you new bling.
etc. etc. etc.
The last expansion, and the one before that, and the one that's coming contain all of this, and yet you say "The Question was if the last expansion were for carebears and the answer is "No"." What on earth brings you to that conclusion given what has actually been, and will be, brought into the game?
