1.1km is a bit big. I believe that is 75% the length of an Imperial Star Destroyer.
My own campaign is to get massive amounts of chrome added to the Occator. Those massive extra engine exhausts scream "PIMP!". Throw in a rear hatch with a 50 meter HD widescreen...

I've given significant thought to improving the Iteron V, and would like to make a suggestion. The Iteron V is blocky in nature and lacks the kind of symmetrical lines of other Gallente ships; here's what would make the ship really great to fly.
1. Smooth out the lines of the ship. Make the segmented sections of it look more like one large....shaft for lack of a better word.
2. Flying vehicles typically have a tapered ****pit at the front of the ship to reduce wind-resistance, and this trend has followed its way into the development of space ships. Taper the front of the ship down to make it smoother looking.
3. Fuel needs to be kept in spherical drums at the opposite end of the ****pit. Two drums should suffice.
