Alexandra Belani	Posted - 2004.10.25 20:32:00 - [1] Northern Star Alliance Status Update Since the formation of the Northern Star Alliance, the merger of Coalition of Deklein and Unicor into a powerhouse of stability and forthrightness, our voice has been silent in matters of political affiliation and public debate. Times for silence have long-since passed, therefore we offer the following Declaration and Statement of Intent: 1. We claim the region and assets of Deklein as sole property of the member corporations of the Northern Star Alliance. 2. We declare our borders to be closed to non-allied forces. This means that if you are not +10 to us, or have special arrangements as an ally or long-time friend, or arrangements for a travel or hunting pass, you must contact us before entering the region of Deklein, or enter at your own risk. 3. We declare ourselves to be wholeheartedly anti-pirate. This means that we will not fly with, work with, or condone the affiliation of flying or working with pirates. 4. We declare ourselves to be part of the protectorate of allied forces dedicated to keeping the PureBlind region free of pirates. We agree that the Pure Blind Region is free space and should be kept as such, and will meet with force, and within our capabilities, anyone attempting to claim and close this space. The following corporations have +10 status with us Black Nova Corp Reikoku Jericho Fraction The following Alliances have +10 Standing with us Fade Union Norad The following corporations are regarded as KOS either for piracy, alignment with pirates, or attacks on our forces m0o Rough-Necks Inc. Arcane Technologies Death Row Incorporated Legion of the Dammed A.W.M. Nemesis Armoured Assassins THE FALEN ANGELS Dreamsmiths The following alliances are regarded as KOS either for piracy or attacks on our forces The Pirate Syndicate Forsaken Empire Gangsta Nation Everyone else is regarded as neutral If you feel that you have been placed on our KOS list unjustly, please contact one of our Foreign Relations Representatives to arrange for a negotiation. Is there someone we should contact or negotiate to gain Band of Builder's friendly status with Northern Star Alliance? I know Wren has put in some time in Pure Blind lately, and Mrissa may join him up there when FIX is completely settled in, and I'd feel better knowing his box was blue to you guys.
