Well, all corperations are becoming self sufficient, which means they will not have to buy from anyone else (This is slowly killing the market)
Everyone can go out and kill some pirates and get some nice drops and make some decent cash. Again this affects the market.
Combat is way too fast. Molly flush yourself. No set up is going to save you from super-crits. What was the name of that movie? Gone in 60 seconds?
Exploring, wow, this asteroid field looks like the one I saw 150 jumps away. Hey, look..its the same gallante space station 250 jumps away. Hours of travel for the same thing. You come across the odd items in space every now and then.
Mining is evil, nuff said.
Content? Look inside one of your cargo containers for that. Non-existant.
Imagination eh? Sure, I can imagine myself having fun, fooling myself then clicking my heels and saying theres no place like home, weeee. After a while things to get old, no matter how much mental effort you wish to apply to it. Spoon fed? Wasn't this game supposed to come with a story line? Damn, do we have to do CCP's work for them? A little guidance would be nice, so far none.
Posts about The Cosmic Cows, you know of whom I refer to. Nuff said.
Missing skills. Where did they go? Who ate them?
Yes, this is a treadmill as is life. We are all rats trapped in a cage working towards that cheese in the heavens.
MMORPG's are difficult now because its difficult trying to please an entire planetary populace of players. By this I mean the differing regions of the world. Its hard to keep everyone interrested in a static enviorment.
SWG is not the "Suck" people say it is. Its not complete, but you'll see that ALL mmorpg's are samefully guilty of this sin.
Stay/leave, it all comes down to this, someone will replace you eventually, how quickly they do so is the question.
I stick around to torment others, its fun for me. What is your definition of fun? someone told me; If you don't know then you will never have fun at anything you do, reguardless of how much imagination you put into it. This may be the case in games like these.
