I think sig boost should simply equate to speed boost, so if you go 500% faster than your max speed your sig is boosted by 500%, however if you use an ab and get ~300% to your speed this should boost your radius by the same amount. That is as far as the oversizing nerf needs to go as sig radius evasion is the only real beef people have with it. There is still the cap advantage of forcing a 10mn ab into a frigate, yeh you sacrifice a lot of powergrid but you can run other modules for longer, also the lower max speed means your sig radius doesnt become so large. There would still be reason to choose both but it wouldn't be an exploit. The ceptors could get their -10% sig radius bonus per level back too.

Not that my opinion matters but ........... i'm curious how many people that say they need to fix anything regarding this has more than 1.5 mill in navigation skills.
and if anyone that is complaining in here about the speed of things and does not have acc. control trained to lvl 5, I'd have to say the above statements are worthless canon fodder.
Acc. Control 5 with an AB 2 intalled without using any overdrive in a crusader with the 2% bonus speed implant........you push 1000 m/sec
so for anyone saying that the afterburners need to be made better........please make sure you have that skill completely trained to max before saying that.
borderline hipocritical saying they are not fast enough without skills fully trained.
just my 2 cents of honest opinion.

YES.
that is with a frigate sized 1MN afterburner 2 in a crusader without any overdrives with almost nav skills maxed. fuel consv is only to 4 as well as the warp drive skill.
After all the ship and skill bonuses added......way worth it to be inty AB specific to save on the mwd sig radius.
Acc. Control 5 is a very long train and doing it before adv learning skills was worth it.
way worth it with the new adv learning skills.
with acc. 5, dual drive set ups are not an issue at all either.

You are all crybabies who whine about mwd being then end to your inties. Moreover, inties are overpowered as it is and need balance. HELLO is a freaking t2 frigate based on the worst level of t1 frigates. What point is there to having the other t2 frig types if people will still use a wtfikilturbswitat2frig ship that never should have been as good as they are. Oh... lets just have our cake and eat it too
