I have enjoyed it. It did take a little getting use to, but is wonderful. Invention at a pos is a breeze, looting is easy. It does make inventory simpler to manage. |

playing on 2 screens it might be ok but tro make it big enough to be readable at the moment means it has to be huge, or else your dealing with stuff like
""shooti" "corp ha" "divisi"
because in order to have enough of space visible you have to limit the size of the box, the other option is to manually seperate them which is tedious and in the case of some, such as an orcas ore hold cannot be shift clicked off the orca you HAVE to drag a box open so you can read the tabs then shift click it.
Also shift clicking cans is tedious, i liked clicking open loot and it would open loot and not close my cargo hold in the process, what sort of a daft idea was that |

Killed that Myrm last night, then realized my hold was too full from an earlier kill to get the loot, so I drop a can with the cap boosters to make space, and try to get all the wreck's loot in the can before one of the vulture hanging at the gate pick it all clean.
Next minute was quite interesting trying to figure out how to manage cargohold-can-wreck-can-cargohold transfer thing while keeping an eye for Local for hostiles... |

I think is totally sucks. It's like they just threw it together without testing it. I could've tested this for an hour and made a huge list of things that is wrong with it.

Yeah, last night my inventory window just spun and spun like a bad day on Youtube. After several minutes I undocked but nothing happened. So I logged off and logged on to find myself leaving the station (no emergency warp). This is wonderful. Check out the new Orca model, brought to you by the Unified Inventory System

It's that simple for people like you that haven't done anything with it. Shift + Clicking is ignorant, I don't want to do that. I haven't had to do it for nine years and I don't want to start. On top of this, even if they are stupid and leave it this way, when you leave open the windows in the station, they are totally unfunctional and counterintuitive.
I like leaving my ship window open, no biggie, love the double click to select ships, awesome. But when you close all the windows but this one, or open your ships cargo hold and THEN try to open the station inventory, you get nothing. WHEN I CLICK ON THE STATION BUTTON IN MY BAR, THE STATION NEEDS TO OPEN!!! Not just do nothing because I have open windows.
I mean, have you even tried to use these functionally? Or are you just falling in line with all the other sheep? |

The interface is great. A few functionality items need to be addressed.
I've been meaning to go through it after all the patches and see what still needs work, but I've been too busy shooting stuff to mess with inventory. My orca/inventory alt has been quite neglected.
It's time to put an end to CCP's war on piracy. Fight your own battles and stop asking CCP to do it for you. |

As it is now, it's quite alright. I'm curious as to what the next update will improve.
If CCP would just have listened to the feedback on SiSi and delayed it's implementation for two weeks, there wouldn't have nearly been as much flaming on the forums. Just leave it to CCP to make the wrong decisions when it comes to handling these kind of things. I still have difficulty understanding how so many people in this game don't understand the simple mechanics to looting. When I check troll in the dictionary, it has a photo shopped picture of you standing somewhere in the vicinity of a point.

I have gotten more adept at using it. Still is slower than the old one especially for something like large amounts of salvaging.
Also periodically I put something in the wrong tab and then have to look through all of my containers to find it. I'll live. |

Does that mean we have to get 100 threads about the same thing? With all respect, but there are threads made by Devs in the information part of these forums.
