People that don't know what they are talking about, probably shouldn't post. Just a suggestion.

So CA does not charge taxes now? How nice. Then maybe you can accept CFS in to CA, so that they can mine in CA space and let them use your stations for free. Sounds like a good deal to me.

True. After all CA have so much respect for CFS, i would be surprised if they didnt let them have one or two of their regions.
Oh wait...

IÆm not arguing with CFS rights to own their stations. If you can, then do it. IÆm arguing with CA having a say in CFS/FA business after CA have been killing both of them from the time CA was formed.

Sorry, not being CA nor having any spies in CA, last I heard CA tax was 20%. If it changed, I didnÆt hear about it, so enlighten me if IÆm wrong. How much does CA tax miners now? Oh wait. ItÆs a PVP alliance, so you donÆt mine. OK. My bad.

Does CFS honestly claim that CA came to their space to conquer it or just to create trouble? If the latter is true, there is no reason for CFS to cry foul at all. Maybe your diplomats should have pushed to use the term incursion, but i doubt FA would then have accepted that deal.
This guy just owned the UFS and the following of CA-Wannabee-Propaganda-Warriors so badly that its off the scale. __________________________________________

Since the terms like invasions etc aren't defined in that treaty that YOU agreed upon. Your interpretation of the word invasions is as such irrelivant. If CFS percieves it as an invasion then it is.
Just because you think that simply taking the stations is discussing them doesn't mean that it is a dicussion.
If you don't like the open interpretation then you could declare the whole treaty void i guess.
But it's what you agreed upon.
Since the terms like invasions etc aren't defined in that treaty that YOU agreed upon. Your interpretation of the word invasions is as such irrelivant. If FA does not percieves(sic) it as an invasion then it isn't.
Now, is my statement anymore valid as yours, Raindrop? No, they are both equally valid. The thing you don't seem to understand is that your CFS governing body should have contacted FA's governing body and worked this out diplomatically instead of voiding or breaking the treaty, which CFS did.
Two parties signed this treaty, your(CFS) interpretation of the treaty does not hold precedent over FA's interpretation. I hope you understand this. Don't know how many more ways I can explain it to you.

True, most of us don't mine. We monoplize the Tech II market and jack the prices, we also let others own stations that we have no presence near and charge them tax. It works out wonderful.
