What you need to do is contact a pirate corporation first. Promise them phat lewtz in trade for even "thinking" about trusting you... you sound like you are prepping to stomp on some pirates rather than be one.
Then once you find the right people, fly protection for your friend in 0.x and when the pirates jump in, you lay the warp distrupter hardcore on your old corp buddy and help blast him to pieces. Then you pod your old corp pal and bail your old corporation.
Even then... I'd still keep my eye on you for a while. Not everyone is cut out to be a pirate. If you can pod your CEO as proof, then perhaps...

I wasn't attacking you, just making comments that I thought were funny. I mean ganking your CEO would be a great way to get in the "m00d". Anywho, if you get that upset about just a simple post, I can't imagine what you would do with Malkius stalking you and podding you every opportunity during a pirate war...
