It's not your money the second it enters their account, unless you think they're holding it for you 
If you don't like a mechanic they put in place, either accept it, offer something they overlooked (unlikely), or quit. Otherwise you will just complain on the forums about something that won't be changed.

Shield tanking is already pretty bad compared to armor tanking. Perhaps they're just trying a new method to make people stop trying it?

Can someone link these new changes especially talking about passive recharge rate relating the drake. I looked on the test server feedback form without luck. Sorry for being a noob.

well then until you are proven wrong otherwise Sweikewa, thanks. I only run a passive drake but that will change to a raven in about two months after I can run a pretty sweet raven setup.

I think by balancing ccp wants to make shield tanking same as armor tanking.
The small recharge rate should be as valuable as the navy megathron shield bufor of 9316 hp..
so it will be balanced if the fight would last 45 min...?
If the fight lasts for more than 45 minutes, you both failed... Or are you talking about a mission?
If you are talking about a mission then that's just what CCP wanted to nerf.
If you are talking about PvP then that's just what CCP wanted to nerf.
They have their reasons. Maybe they just thought, passive shield-tanked battleships are unbalanced since they can have missiles/projectiles and a massive tank with little to no cap usage.
Win, win?

Yes because a company of hundreds of people does not need to do fun things to keep up morale.
And with YOUR money, how dare they!
It's not your money any more, you relinquished the money to them for services rendered (i.e. not future services rendered beyond server uptime for the month you pay for).
You have no ownership of it (the money) anymore.
As to the "nerf", it makes sense and it is nice to know that there will not be passive tanked Navy BS out there.

The change has pretty much no effect on my but its odd - its not as if Passive tank BS were great tanks.
