Hire each and every merc corp for a long term period of a few years, and wardec every research, copy and manufacture corp in empire. Create monopoly, increase prices and profit.
Or, open a topic in MD and pretend to "give" 1b for some good ideas, you will try most of them, but will "pay" only to yours alts.

Have a bunch of merc corps all hired against one another and battle it out. You could offer to reimburse the top (winners/losers) in one system/constellation to keep it interesting.

Whatever you do it has to be dramatic. You have to be remembered for a crzy act or something really annoying.
my ideas:
Launch your own 'jihad', paid for by mercs. Destroy all high sec POS's in a certain area
My favorite:
By a 'state' BS. Put all the best officer gear on it.
Announce on forums on what date you will be taking it out for a joyride in high sec, give part of your route but not where you are docked.
See how many people try to pop you. Offer a 5 B reward for anyone who gets on the kill mail.

I'd go for something that will surely impact the player base:
Buy all Navy Ravens (600-700m each) in about 10 regions. You can either relist them 100m higher causing a price increase or stockpile them as more people dump their LP to fill the needs. Either way, prices are going to go up. You're probably guaranteed profit by slowly releasing them back on the market. Oh...train contract skills to V. :)
P.S. Would be funny if someone gutted the caldary navy raven/cruise missile launcher/ siege missile launcher market for a while. And quite interesting. ;)

Money makers: 1. Buy a Titan, a Titan Pilot and a cyno Alt. Then Provide a jump bridge service to Alliances. 2. Buy a Titan, a Titan Pilot, a cyno Alt, and a Freighter alt. Then trade NPC goods in 0.0 for insane profits. (1bil a day in one jump I heard in the rumor mills) 3. Buy and Sell T2 BPOs. 4. Buy and Sell Supercapitals (already suggested but whatever) 5. Hoard / invest in lowend material stockpiles until Dominion comes out, then reap lots of profits.
Money loosers but fun or silly: 1. Spam in Jita that your quitting Eve and you will give pilots double any ISK sent to you ... and actually do it. 2. Buy a smartbomb mothership / titan and terrorize a lowsec system. 3. Pay all merc corps and alliances to wardec the Goons. 4. Buy a life time subscription to EVE. 5. Completely buyout a random item on the Jita market and watch the traders go insane. 6. Give X million ISK to everyone in Jita if they jump out, then take a screen shot of Jita Local with just you in it. (1 pilot) 7. Pay Chribba to mine something other than Veld for a day
Not a bad idea: 1. Quit eve and go walk your dog / enjoy life since you basically won EVE.
Asking for trouble (ban .. so yeah dont do these): 1. Sell the ISK for RTM. (had to be said but yeah stupid, will get you banned, your family banned, along with any alive and or dead relatives banned) 2. Buy a freighter and fill it with Frigates then pay suicide gankers to kill you and crash a node. (also will get you banned!)

Like a secret trillionaire thing. I'd make it into a blog too. So people know who the good people are and who the people are that are just un helpful people. Everyone knows the EVE has the biggest learning curve of all games so people there to help with the learning curve would be a good addition to the game. :-)

Two ideas.
1. Become a "first-class" character trader. Open up numerous new accounts and fund them for a year with GTC. Then buy only premium (60 mil SP +) characters from the forum, fill up the accounts with quality toons, sit back and train them!
2. Go for a BIG gamble with Dominion, it's the perfect time now to have a trillion - So buy a lot of something, sit back and wait.

Buy up all the plex you can. Watch as prices spiral upward and CCP comes to your house to "love you long time" for increasing PLEX sales. Slowly put them back on the market for profit.

I used to love flying around, helping out newbs, giving them one mill here, some more mills there, to get that module or that ship they needed(or just giving them the ship they needed if i had a spare). to me, not much money, to them, big moment, not having to grind missions or mine for ages to get their first cruiser! just a little help along the way, made their day. have lots of friends in eve cause of that now... LIke to think i helped CCP get a few subs.
I loved the moments where we would run some missions, the newb in his/her first ever cruiser, blasting happily away and spamming fleet with mad giggles...
(paraphrasing a little here) but helping neebs is low maint, really rewarding, and can be fun. Some times its just that little nudge that makes their day, finally getting it!
Man, do i miss my Rookie channel now.... aw well

start a religion worshipping you. With the isk you can create 'cathedrals' which your followers can use and run for you. Start crusades against non-believers. Convert all and your name will live on for eternity.

Congratulations on your accomplishment! As others have said, for all practical purposes youĈve ôwon Eveö. Now you need a new goal to keep you you interested. Personally, IĈd council against anything just to make more money (pointless IMO) or some act of sillyness for a few cheap laughs that will be forgotten about in a few weeks.
Seeing as how we're builders IĈd suggest you consider building something permanently game changing, and give back to the game that has given you so much enjoyment over the years. My suggestion is that you go about enhancing the new player experience for aspiring industrialists by starting up the Leowen School of Business.
How exactly this school would work is up to you (giving you a new goal to get it up and running) but you have so much money now that you can literally hire all the mentors and administrators you needed to take as much of the load off of you as you wanted. IĈd require those applying to become students to write a short application detailing why theyĈd like to be accepted (to weed out the dumber ones) and assign a paid mentor for a month or so to those you deem worthy of help. You might also give them a small amount of capital to get off the ground. The amount would be small enough to give the noob a leg up past the early grind, but not really worth having to go through the whole process of getting accepted for anyone but the most pathetic of scammers. It also has to be small enough that they aren't just handed success, they still have to work. I'm guessing a decent mentor could handle 10 or so students.
Those graduates that felt inclined to do (not required) could give back to the school by either donating isk, or mentoring someone else. Having a blog telling the stories of how these noobs grew and bloomed would be an interesting read.
Again, congrats.

per http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1167241&page=3#65
You should pay someone to follow you around and smack talk people.
You could buy out portions of the market that will cause other problems on it - specific datacores, factions tags, see how high you could push npc goods (rocket fuel, uranium, etc).
Hire people to camp every gate in a major trade hub and kill everything that comes through it, or that undocks from it's station.

Create a fund a la Nobel to regularly award eve players from different categories (most influential noob, most successful alliance leader, biggest griefer etc).
Just make sure not to award it to someone for something you expect them to have the potential do but haven't done yet *cough* Obama *cough*. ------------------------------------------------ Swedes rule, too bad I'm intaki. |

I like this, though it is a bit more demanding time-wise than I can handle, but I will run with a slightly modified version. 1B will be with you in a wee while for best Page 1 suggestion.
Keep them coming. This time I was tempted by philanthropy, but who knows, the next time it could be an idea that makes me a truly evil bast^&% - with an alt of course
EDIT: Just catching up with Page 2, and just wanted to note I decided on this one before the commendations above. Good to see people agree though.

WOOP WOOP WINNER! Haha first post to truly make me laugh. Page 2 done, there''l be another 1B for page 3.
Not sure if I've got the nu ts to do this, but it would be v cool :-)
Oh and to the cynical post at the top of this page, don't worry I'm sure if I didn't pay out or the winners were all my alts I'd be outed in about an hour flat. That's the beauty of MD, everyone looks for the scam, I have no doubt that there will be at least a dozen people looking for links between myself and any winners

1) Try to create three new successful market hubs one in Empire, one in Low sec and one in 0.0. This would be high maintenance though and may take more than your trillion.
2) Hire loads of suicide gankers and get them ganking almost everthing and see how long you can get Jita to be a "No Serious Trade Area". Would make me lol anyway.

If you want to have some fun, find an empty system, get as many people as you can involved, pay eve radio a few million isk, advertise the event sell tickets if you wnat but once you have a 100 + willing pilots and run the first ever Epic EvE conga line, then if you want hire a merc corp to drop in on it and wreak some havock.
