Fancy Fittings such as officer fits aren't needed, though faction fits would be best.. Step Two: Hire a bunch of people to attack you in enemy faction frigates. (CNR Attacked by a swarm of Gallente Comets) Step Three: RP the entire thing. Do it in a system like Dodixie, screaming out that the State will never fall to the Federation. Include numerous cease fire calls. Maybe have the Gallente leader in a Navy Mega, sitting off a few dozen km. Step Four: Eventually go down in flames amidst the wreckage of dozens of Comets, screaming that they can never destroy the State's spirit. ((The factions themselves can be changed..Guristas/Caldari, Amarr/Minmatar...But it'd be an amazing battle, especially if RPed and put up on youtube. See if you can hire an ISD to come spectate, or a GM in a pretty Polaris to show up and talk about how the Jove are disappointed in the conflicts raging.)) Just an idea. I'd certainly love to be one of the Comet pilots, or the Mega pilot.

Make some challenges inside your corp with some prizes. Start tournaments, support your own tournament team. Firstly people will know you, people will thank you (you gave them their first free ship) and finally you will get some recognition and respect. I know it is not mean at all, but I think in the end a person wants other people to remember him somehow. U have got fortune as a business man in eve now u may want to get some recognition as a person.

Any region you like, Forge may be unsuitable but otherwise go with it. 2. Create an alliance named "XY sector security" for your merc companies to join. 3. Hire every merc company that you can get your hands on to move to that place. Pay them a billion up front to set up POS and what not and to get them interested. Give them a week to prepare everything. 4. Have all those merc companies patrol and parade through the low sec parts of that region 24/7. Have them announce - whenever they in a group of 5 or so enter one of those low sec systems that they're the local private police or somesuch. 5. Have them blow up every, and I mean absolutely every red blinky guy they can find. Pay 100 millions reward for every red blinky psycho griefer guy that gets podded that's older than a month and flying something other than a shuttle and a rifter (to prevent them from logging into their alts) conversely deduct a corp a day's pay or three when they blow up an innocent civilian. 6. Fly yourself periodically through that low sec space in an alt and mine at the belts. If you get blown up, deduct them a day's pay because they obviously didn't manage to make the system safe. 7. After a month of this, write down your results because what you did was a scientific experiment and publish it. 8. CCP reads said report, low sec gets fixed, you did something epic.

Mercs should keep anything bigger than agreed ships out of the sys and everyone in player owned corporations out. This will enable new players to learn to live in 0.0 in a somewhat safe enviroment and get used(gradually) that is is expected to lose ships,pods,etc.. p.s.Also post every week a safe coridor to reach that 0.0 sys(mercs will provide security). p.p.s.You would be hailed for all times for enabling new players to experience Eve the way it's supposed to be played and not ganked or gatecamped whenever they try to go solo to 0.0. Mining is not a job it's a lifestyle.

I would spread the joy out over time, by paying out isk to people who will do various embarrassing things. Have a karaoke contest for isk using EVE voice in the local channel. Go to a gate, and find two (or more) people who will duel, instantly, in what they are in when they jump through the gate. Make people write a 10 page single spaced essays on why they should get isk, what they want to do with it, and why they think you are the bomb. Make the price high enough and you should be able to do this. Go to local and offer a billion isk for the first person to create and post a video of themselves doing some particular stupid activity on youtube and link in local (like making out with an office chair... bonus isk if you use tongue). (set a time limit by which they can participate). Best of all would then be to Fraps the whole thing, and create an epic eve video about how there is no limit to what people would do for isk. (Obviously the easiest thing to do would be to hire someone to do all the frapsing and editing using some of that isk)
