The question isn't where it's developed, it's where it's marketed from and under which country's laws. I have no idea what Hungary's laws are, but if it wasn't marketed in or from Hungary then their media piracy laws would not apply, only those of the country it's marketed from and the countries it's sold in. Second, there's only so much you can do with a fitting hanger. This looks like many I've already seen in a hundred other games C, there's only so much you can do with, ah heck. You get the point. User interfaces will and do look similar in different games. Oh, and did I mention there are no Minmatar? How could it possibly be anywhere nearly as good as EVE without the Minmatar.

Actually, it doesn't fall under copyright laws, as established by Microsoft v Apple, except in countries where you can pay the judges or jury to give you the required result. What you see there is a typical windowing GUI, for which there are mountanous amounts of prior art.

Oh yeah, UI has similar things, but hey... Amiga 1000 had similar windows in its OS. And probably something before that. And the 'crafting'-thing is in every MMO out there, I don't see much different ways to manufacture modules for mechs.
