Stuck anomalies should suffice. Also, i'll forward this thread to the testers so they can keep aware of it, so if you post the ID of the bug report here, they can get it more quickly.

report ID :88925 frigs and cruisers with a few BC in most waves with 2 wimpy BS at the end. Nothing re spawns till down time or a server crash( can we get one later please )

Hi,
This seems to also be a problem with Grav sites. As per the blog http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=714 - "These sites will re-spawn every downtime, so even if you do not mine out every rock, there will be fresh ones waiting for you the next day."
This doesn't appear to be happening. I have logged a bug report with the system names and the sites scan codes.

Not true, we had a 6/10 that stayed active yesterday for about 6 hours after it had been cleared. When the server died we came back and it was in the exact same location with all rats respawned. There have been other reports of similar elsewhere.

The problem with plexes is there seems to be no pattern therefore no accurate way of reproducing them, as ccp already said. Currently it seems you probe right after dt or you get very few plexes at all (plexes being complexes as opposed to anomalies) to finish. Instead you probe the one someone did 12 hours earlier which didn't leave.
My current peve is the piths penal complex (8/10) which just seems to sit empty once done. The Digital plexus is another, the cans wont de-spawn once hacked. Guristas military complex wont despawn if someone goes in, clears the rats but doesn't shoot the station - in this case the rats don't re-spawn either, but because the initial trigger (tower) is gone it requires a tag to complete so it sits empty, bugged, for days. Guristas base has the same problem, if someone goes in and doesn't pop the tower.
I could go on but suffice to say anyone in a polaris frig visiting plexes on TQ will find plenty stuck. I should also point out that this is not exactly a new issue in the case of some plexes, but it only seems to have become a high priority recently. Heres hoping they get fixed along with the anomalies rather than shoved aside, again. ***The EVE servers and their patches*** |

Maybe something is wrong with your internal system code/hardware and of course load is not exactly the same, I have yet to find one that has respawned. Seems pritty consistant to me.

I have write down complete step by step report with trying anything to find an triger so anomaly do despawn. But i fail so.
As mentioned above it is not only anomalies.
It is also cosmic signatures as well.

Ok i was wrong. 6/10 are not despawning. Also found nothing about a fix in the 1.0.2. patch notes. Does it mean you still have no idea?

I have heard that FW plexes can be bugged not to despawn as well. Maybe once this is figured out all will be fixed :)

Just checked out my home system during lunch and found 13 anomolies, ZERO of them with NPCs spawned. Great use of 1.5 Billion ISK per system.

Same. I'm usually on some time around 04:00-14:00, so I can provide info pre-DT and just after DT as well. Also: Will log server logs help as well in this case or no?

I have to point out tho, that on patch day running upto the 3rd of december all cosmic anomlyes, and plex's were respawning in shintaht (prov 0.0), however from the 4th onwards they stopped, even after clearing wrecks, cans, and buildings.
The only time they seem to respawn is after downtime.

Sadly this is a problem that afflict all of the upgraded systems in esoteria.
For half a day at the beginning our anomalies spawned correctly, then it went broken and it still is broken since we upgraded the system.
The way for reproducing it is very easy: just do the same, rise a system every day or so of 1 level and put upgrade and keep doing it.. there is no "fast" steps for doing it sorry, we did it farming the systems and adding upgrades.. maybe in your test environment if you spawn all upgrades and put them in with military 5 it works.. in TQ it does not.
Everyone have the same problem, in all eve, and this was the key feature of dominion... instead of waiting the bug hunter try to reproduce something like this put your coders on checking line by line the involved code and fix it asap.
Bug reporting with steps is lovely in some cases, but in this one you have to dirt your hands sorry, and asap.
