I submitted bug report 90714 for an anomaly in NOL failing to despawn/respawn however it was filtered as "Non-reproducable". Is the testing team pretending that they didn't just deploy a "supposed" fix last patch? I'll agree it's much BETTER since 1.0.3 but anomalies can and do still get into this stuck state. Some kind of communication from CCP that they are still investigating this issue would be great.

People sometimes sit in an exploration site in a cloaked ship. This prevents it from despawning. This may be what you are seeing.

I wish I could see some bugged sigs in system. Hell, at least then I would have something to look at in our entrapment IV system besides the anomalies.
Zero signatures since the patch was deployed is _NOT_ what I would expect from an upgraded system, and it makes it so fscking incensive that the system next door has them all the time even with no upgrades.

Have the prob in QXW-PV on Sisi. We started a test and wiped out the sigs on the first day... no respawn since. Being Xmas the guy who scanned m is away and we don't have the sigs atm and can't find them so no bug report at the moment. Kind of hard to test something when its broken....hehe. Wondering if CCP will fix it even if you can't find the sites atm?...

Yes they are still bugged on TQ. I sure am glad those IHUB upgrades are going to good use. We have several in 1 system that are bugged.

wow are these things still an issue. There is a version of Gurista Sanctum that I find frequently will no despawn. It has 3 rings (symbolizing the rectal passage) of pos shield hardeners with a bubble thing in the middle. NPCs spawn on warp in so there is no trigger I am missing or whatever...also I have found when I am only one in system so there is no cloaker in there.

Angel faction sanctum with rings in it wont re/despawn either.

Really needs to be fixed. It is all good doing these anomalies when they aren't bugged but as soon as one of your sanctum sites get stuck isk per hour goes below what I can make in high sec running lvl4 mission.

ive filed so many bug reports it aint worth doing, funny thing is ccp were looking at it claimed they had fixed it and it still appears some of them arent despawning. Is this to force us all back into empire level 4 mission running ? I returned to the system in question yesterday.
(HiSec - usually empty as there are no Stations in system)
The completely empty GRAV site is still there at my orininal bookmark (created 4 Jan 2010).
So this has not despawned in well over a month. 
Edit: If any DEV is still working on this issue and needs a copy of the BM or more info, please evemail me.

im seeing these sites all over low sec and 00. Grav , combat anamolies even hack sites in low sec, something was broken with the last patch and ccp is very very quite any eta on a final fix ?? I haven't been in our home system for a few days, but last time (last week) I was running anomalies, the plexes didn't despawn correctly, but the anomalies did.

Would it not be easier to add a fail safe Large Colliable Object to all Anoms, which when it dies kills any respawns but also ensures it's repeating.
An example of this would the Pirate Gate variety of the Serpentis Havens.
Or another alternative would be to have a trigger spawn like in the mission The Blockade.
Both of these systems already work, and doing missions last year I did notice your "Kill everything" triggers do not always work sometimes 1 or 3 npcs were left alive or more would spawn before all were dead.
My guess would be that all triggers fired off from rats when they die cause so many things to happen sometimes it just doesn't deal with the number of rats left and does end or something silly.
Saying this if CCP have it fixed already awesome.
