The Amarr-only Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) is pleased to announce that the Gemodi, Chamune, Yong, Bihpi, Mamet, Misaba, Ziriert, Hoshoun, Valmu, Unefish & Kheram systems are open for business.
We welcome law abiding Corporations and pilots (particularly Amarrians) to join us in making the region an economic powerhouse of the Amarr Empire. There are no conditions to operating in the area apart from a requirement to respect the Emperor and Amarr law (Basically no pirating!)
While there are still risks operating in these low-security systems the dangers are much diminshed since the CVA moved to the region. Several formerly lawless corporations have either moved out, or agreed to respect the no-pirating rule, due to CVA pressure.
We will shortly be creating a non-CVA comms channel for all those who operate in the area to report any sightings of criminal miscreants and coordinate a response.
In addition to the above named systems PIE and the CVA will also be patrolling the neighbouring 0.0 corridor in Providence region (from Misaba to FSW) in order to prevent the area from being used as a base for piratical attacks on the Amarr Empire. All legitimate travellers and businessmen will be allowed to pass and the area will be open to lawful pilots who wish to mine or hunt the evil Sansha pirates, who haunt many of the asteroid belts in this region.
While the CVA will be patrolling and operating between Misaba and FSW we cannot at this stage guarantee the safety of those who choose to operate there, so they do so at their own risk. The corridor is substantially safer now than it was, but pirates are still sighted and could pose a threat to lone pilots.
It is the long term goal of the CVA and its allies to 'reclaim' this corridor in Providence for the Amarr Empire and gain Concord recogniton of Amarr sovereignty over this region. We feel it is time for the Amarr Empire to once again extend its influence and muscle.
Corporations interested in working with the CVA to control lawless elements in the area should contact:
Light Kominski/Hardin: PIE Aralis/Alexander Rahl: Imperial Dreams CountingCurses: New Galactic Order
The CVA's stance towards the deep space 0.0 alliances will remain neutral. Pilots from all alliances (SA, FA, Xetic, CA, CFS etc) can pass through or operate in the area provided they do not attack honest law-abiding citizens.
There are however a number of known pirate corps who are on a KOS list. These will be attacked by CVA forces if found in the area due to their record. If any of these corps agree to obey Amarr law while in this region they can be removed from the list:
Hooligans of War LEGION Dark Evolution Huff Technologies Fr33ks Corp1 Shinra
In addition to this enterprise the CVA will continue to maintain forces in and around Amarr in order to maintain its activities against Minmatar terrorists.
The Emperor smiles on us all.
Amarr Victor!

None of the other CA has taken an agressive stance towards the CVA.
Other CA have passed through the region (i.e RONA-KIA & Celestial Cartel) and have respected our rules while in the area.
Corp1 & Shinra however have demonstrated on many occasions that they respect no law and are out and out pirates. They are therefore on our KOS list.
As my statement said we are neutral towards the deepspace Empires and will allow them free access into and out of the area - provided they respect Amarr law and do not pirate while in the region.
