Mine is stuck also. I finally submitted a petition on another account since you can not even log into the forums to submit a priority petition. Hopefully ccp will get on it soon.

i also have this problem. i had to file an "anonymous" petition...and i also filed one with one of my other accounts...going on 24 hrs. with no response. uncool

Billing and Account EVE time codes or if some has i longer one in lets here what ya got. keeping it easier for them to look at cant hurt

I pay for 3 month subscriptions at a time on this character, and suddenly the other day the account was expired.. This runs automatically, but yesterday it was suddenly expired..no notices in email, no nothing..Granted it was going towards its last day, but theres no reason it should just suddenly go inactive, and probably with a few days left.
I smell something broken :-/

Interesting. It's affecting more than gtc people then. I really wonder how many users are hit by this bug. If you only have 1 account we'd never get to hear from you.

This issue took out my primary trade and industrial account 90 minutes ago...
Petitioned it, but that may take a while.
Has anyone found a work around yet?
I could buy another 60 day GTC if that's likely to debug the account.
500 mil isn't that much compared to having every order .01 isked for more than a couple hours.
I assume the apply plex to inactive account stuff doesn't work yet.

My combat main is down. My account expired because my ass is broke and the automatic debit failed. Whatevers, I have a few bils on my production alt; I'll simply buy a GTC for her. It all worked out fine considering that it was my first time buying GTCs, except for the fact that the count is still suspended. Whatevers, I'll wait until I get paid and buy time the old fashioned way. Nope, no can do. 57d left on the account and I can't unlock with the magical plastic until that time evaporates. No more whatevers. Im ****ed.
CCP: Please make a 24/7 hotline, or at the very least a small task force of GMs, to deal with billing issues and nothing but.

I had hope with Atari getting involved that the customer service would improve. Looks like that was just a pipe dream from what I am reading here.

Well this happened to me about a week ago on 3 of my 4 accounts and i figured it would be fixed by now. Took them 17 hours to get my other 3 accounts back up. Reactivated a 4th account today with a 60 DAY GTC and BAM it happened yet again. Going on 4 hours with no response or comment on my petition. Submitted it as Billing Issue....Eve Time Codes. The funny thing is that is was an account that they offered me 5 free days to reactivate so I did.....and decided to keep it going so i got a GTC. So technically i should still have 4 free days but suspended atm b/c i bought the 60 day GTC.

Here it is Christmas night and I did something really dumb....found a GTC at a really good price and tried to reactivate an account.....now I'm out the ISK and the account still says expired....it's been 4 hours and nothing from CCP...I expect it will be Monday before they even look at it. For the amount of money that we pay, I think we should expect some type of timely customer service.

hopes they fix it soon.. yet being the xmas holidays i doubt it.. was hoping to put some major time into eve this week as i got the week off... now that plan is fubered. However i do approve of this system taking the money away from the isk sellers.. just cannot believe it remains an issue for us despite ppl complaining for over 2 months now. The whole point of the sales in the bazaar is to take the money away from the isk sellers.. not to drive ppl away from the bazaar

I immediately filed a petition with no response. I had previously filed a petition (about an hour previously) that the website was generating runtime errors, and got an immediate response. What the f*** is going on here? I had better get all the hours/days I have to wait for a goddamn response to this. I can't even fathom why this happens, let alone why nobody even so much as responds with a "we are looking in to it".

My main account was hit by this issue this morning, I filed a petition and nothing, I can't even log into the forums with my main account to post anything. And of course this happens when I can actually play. I hope I am able to be credited for the days that this glitch has prevented me from playing.
Anyone that has had this effecting them for multiple days know if they will give you game time for the days you were locked out?

Nope...
On another note...since the account(s) are suspended that means their training is suspended as well? If so...that is f'd up. Adding days needlessly to training that already takes days.../facepalm.
CCP either needs to solve this problem or figure out a way to expedite fixing peoples accounts. In other MMOs I would have at least recieved some sort of response about my petition.
I know...QQing isn't gonna help, but at least I feel better.

(sorted 27 dec) there is an issue and was confirmed as a bug... in all honesty i think its more of a case where accounts is deliberately kept seperate from the main account system (ie no automation) and GTC sales are manually inputed.
hence the delay in between purchase and accreditation to account even though it states otherwise.
