My main account shows a message of "account expired" after I purchased a 60 day GTC on the forums today, my account wasn't due to expire until the 16th so this was purchased in advance of my account expiring. After purchasing the GTC i went to my status page on my account and made sure it showed that my account had been extended. I also made note of another persons post on the forum today that had the same problem. I have petitioned ccp about this from my second account but in typical ccp fashion this could take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to get a responce... perhaps the ccp gods read this forum more than others so I felt I should post the bugged issue here.

I have the same problem....trying to reactivate one of my alts....it tells me that the sub is still expired, but shows that I have purchased a 60 GTC yesterday. I find it ironic that the Billing issues are messed up and they (CCP) take forever to respond to a Billing petition. The customer service for this game really sucks TBH. For a billing problem they should have 24 hour telephone support.

i had this happen on my main account yesterday too.
this has locked my main account of petitions and forum access and ive still had no response.
at the time i had short t3 skills training which have probably ran out now, so im assuming this will be sorted out as well.
maybe if im really lucky ill have my account reactivated in time for christmas, who knows.

I'm glad I decided to check this forum, I am having the same issue currently. The best part is you can't pay by CC to get it back up and running since it has 60days already accounted for, and not only that but the GTC time just ticks away  . I have a petition in and all I can do now is wait.

Wecome to the club, exactly the same happened to my account. But he, its weekend -reduced stuff- AND from CCP¦s point of view, we already paid, means not really top on the issue-list to solve it. Perhaps in the next few days ... less or more, who knows.
Well, without access to the account, its a good moment clean your flat, fill up beer and food, take some shovers in advantage AND call your mom, you are still alive etc etc.

Same thing happened to my main account, no response from CCP yet. This is really completely unacceptable, and should have been handled within an hour of me sending in a petition. Hey CCP, you have paying customers who can't play the game they paid for because of a bug in your system. You need to get your GM's to respond to this faster, even on the weekends (ESPECIALLY on the weekends, when most of us would like to be playing, but can't because you screwed something up).
CCP's customer service hard at work again I guess.

I encountered the same problem. I was going to reactivate 6 accounts, but ran into this after the first one. Going to hold off until I see how long it takes to get the petition resolved. |

Just had my petition answered, took them ~15 hours. Not terrible, but could have been faster given this is seemingly common and major issue.

Same thing for me on 3 accounts. My accounts were on paid time and i still had about 2 weeks b4 the monthly recharge so i decided to get 60 day GTCs in game securely. When i got em it cancelled all 3 of my accounts. Dropped a petition and it took 17 hoours to get a response.
When it comes to billing issues and things of that nature, CCP needs to get a 24/7 customer service phone line. It really is rediculous to take 17 hours to complete a billing petition when if they had a phone line and a rep on the other end for billing issues it would have take 30 minutes to an hour tops.

Ditto here on my alt account.
CCP charged my debit card on Dec 7 and I bought a GTC for a really good price on Dec 14. I *should* have 83d left on my account, instead 30 mins after buying the GTC I got kicked out saying my account has expired. However, on the Account Management page it shows me as having bought a 60d GTC on the 14th.
I filed a petition under Eve Time Codes and have been waiting for ~8h now. Next time I'll file a Stuck petition

Waiting 2 days now for a response to my petiton for this problem. Initially petitioned it as stuck thinking that might help but it was just moved into payment issues without a comment being left on it.

Have the same issue with my main account the GTC died 23 second after going active. My petition is now some 18 hours old with no reply.
I really can't believe that they are prioritizing anything over this and yet the response time looks horrendous. I am very dissapointed in CCP...

Had the same thing happen yesterday with my main account. Had about 15 days of time remaining on it, bought a 60 day GTC off the forums, got to play for about an hour then it shut down. Filed a petition through the website on that account and now cant log in with that account to check on petition status. This sucks but glad its not just me. |

I created my petition 24 hours ago.

If you are encountering this problem please post or bump the following thread so it stays on top drawing attention to this problem in the timecode bazaar forum to keep this from happening to others and to get CCP to pay more attention.

whats odd is i got a gtc for this account too, yet no problems. But on the others time expired and ccp wont let me change my form of payment cause i have more than 30 days game time remaining

My main account is having the same problem except I didn't extend my account I had to re-activate using a GTC.
It was active for 10 minutes after buying the GTC and then it was automatically suspended again.

No, I was never able to login cos login said suspended but it said active in account management.... so I did something else for a bit and when I come back it was suspended both in-game and in acct mngmt :(
Do you think it will help if we discuss pie in this thread to get attention? Or will it just **** off the devs to the point where they'll ignore us even more :P

There is a warning thread in the Timecode bazzar as well not all people seem effected but some are. Corp mate was hit with the bug earlier whilst cynoing now he didnt die but he has like 50% of the corps vessels trapped in suspension :P
Oh well im sure someone is looking into this..

My alt is stuck as per this bug. Bought GTC via secure trade, applied and 'Active' for about 30 seconds.. Petitioned, waiting for reply :)
