Just like with "messing with" in the other thread. "Trolling" works well as a vaguely defined term.

You're trying to use a bad analogy to shoehorn this into a different argument.
The analogy that's sensible:
Forums(location): Do not "troll(action)" "threads(class)".
Newbie systems(location): Do not "mess with(action)" "newbies(class)"
Trolling is to Mess with as Threads is to Nebies.
Trolling is Vaguely defined, Mess with is vaguely defined. These are both fine.
Threads is precisely defined and obvious to everyone, Newbies is not. That is the problem area.
You're trying to equate an action with a class.

Yay, what I did to Mitnal would've gotten me banned now. Thankfully due to the international rules of ex post facto I can't be prosecuted  Though I'm still not allowed to have forum sig 
CCP's not bound by any laws regarding Ex Post Facto punishments, because it's a private corporation, running a private board, and thus can't really be bound to prohibitions that target countries.
... Or Has CCP gone ahead and just bought Iceland yet? Those crazy Vikings.
