We will evaluate on a case by case basis with the information available to us as we do in all other cases of alleged rule violation. We're not going to force you to fact check and scientifically validate every sentence you craft, but we want it to be clear that malicious rumors with little or no foundation aren't something we care to host and that posters should weigh that into their decision making. We have actually been dealing with this sort of behavior as personal attacks and/or trolling when applicable, but we felt the rules needed to be a little clearer on this subject. Although it really was quite deserved to make fun of him, i've stepped over the line a bit. Now i'm actually much friendlier. It really doesn't make any sense to behave that way, and i've noticed how contagious the bad behavior of others can be. Also: Ban CCP Guard.
