If you have an alt that can fly a Falcon, you might want to use that as a probing ship - that way you can probe the mission down and then jam him (Marauders have crazy low sensor strength so they are really easy to jam). A set of large ECM drones will work well against a marauder too, if you can use them instead of Ogre's in your ship.
*sigh* his alt won't have kill rights. Only he will. So forget this falcon business.
When you probe down the mission, see if he is fighting against guristas before you warp in. If he is, fit EM damage, tank for kinetic, and you will obliterate him easily, even in a normal raven.

You can also get a couple friends to warp in once you have him pinned, and they can remote rep and transfer cap to you. I'd be willing to use my t1 exequror to help in the endeavor.

The only problem I think your gonna have is finding him, yeah you know the system and when he is online but there could be 50 people doing missions in his system.

You're half right. More pilots in system means it's harder but with judicious use of directional before you start probing you should be able to find him quickly enough.
