I dont think we will get our AF bonuses for a while and even then the Hawk will be just as useless as rockets won't be fixed and any ROF bonus won't make much difference, or the AB bonus we previously had will make our rockets suck even more on impact.

But please don't change the Retribution slot layout (unless an extra mid is given without taking from highs/lows, with a slight PG/CPU change to compensate). While it cannot tackle, it can play a fun role as a Sniper AF. 50KM lock range, 46KM optimal with 3.8KM Falloff (max skills). Extra high slot can be used for things like a small RR to help patch up your fellow gang mates. Isn't part of the fun of EVE is being able to take a gang out that surprises the hell out of the enemy? Yes most Frigates main roles is to tackle, but not the Retribution and I love it for that reason. It's not a solo ship, it forces small gang work, so please don't change it too much!

If you deliberately set B to be somewhere you're set to avoiding, it assumes that for some reason you want to specifically go there. IE it saves you from inadvertant acts of stupidity. Not deliberate ones.
