we don't need one, plexing is broken, almost useless, and consequences are also useless. apparently though there's someone who doesn't share my opinion.

Is this all a ruse to get us to relocate back to Enaluri, only to see systems empty of wartargets everywhere we look, and with rising member apathy form an alliance with our best enemies and move to the other end of EVE?
Give us proof that you're owning so hard and are jonesing for good fights. Screenshots of bling conga lines in Enaluri are a good start! |

we did leave in a hurry. shield bc fleet versus caldari shield nano fleet(which could've been a fair fight). But you blued with snuff box and they dropped their absolution fleet on our asses. You would've ran if it was a fair fight anyway. |

Snuff just deagresses and jumps if it ever went against a fleet comp that actually threatened to violate snuffs 0 losses policy. There's a reason why most cal mil FCs dont even bother. |

With the amount of asthonishment a lot of 50+ mil sp nullsec pilots have when they finnally give FW a shot about how many constant fights they can get, i'm fairly certain its the "elitist" nullsec crowd trying all they can to bash on FW threads in an attempt to make their sh*thole look appealing. Even with all the whining FW players do there's a good reason why they're still in FW and not playing pawn in nullsec. The pvp starved nullsec players (bashing towers with no opposition is not pvp, very few alliances are actually about "pvp" and not sov warfare) finally get some action in lowsec when they make the transition to FW.

I took a 12 man BC fleet into Enaluri the other night.
Squids undocked 6 BS (including at least one scorp) + 6 BC/T2/T3 Cruisers. We danced a little, lost a Drake who was slow to warp off, gauged their forces, decided we would give it a shot because we were so desperate for a fight, but only outside of Enaluri, where they wouldn't be able to instantly reship and didn't have their gang boosting ships.
They refused to leave Enaluri lol. |

that's another thing altogether. That's "strategy" and no matter how much people can define it gay or cowardish, that's what it is. It's a way to fight(or to avoid fighting). Clearly, there's more "honor" in a fair fight than in a blob, but it's all combat tactics.
I refuse to feel astonished at the fleet comp the caldari undocked. If you think about it, why would you choose to undock something as close to the adversary's ship types and numbers as possible when you have something much stronger ready? Some people like to do it, like the challenge and whatever, most people prefer annihilating the enemy with the least losses possible simply by using a larger/stronger force. But, what's the problem in that?
That's why the whining by squids in heydieles, and the whining of gallenteans in enaluri(which, in all honesty, I almost never saw, even though people like to feel angry about the number of ecm boats fielded by the caldari), is pretty much pointless.
On our side, we all want the kills and will all go for squids in our full numbers, its not like we'll filter out people from fleets because otherwise we'll have more than the enemy, and although caldarians whine a lot about it, thats what they do too.
On the caldari side, using ecm boats is a tactic. Placing them off field to have them avoid taking fire is a tactic. There is nothing bad about it, even though we could all agree on the fact that not being able to target someone in a fight is unnerving.

while I'm not sure the null sec people try to bash fw(even though I saw people do it), i definitely agree with the rest of the post. Personally we can take corps like Shadows Of The Federation, Percussive Diplomacy and Colonial Marines EVE Division as examples. Good corps with good people and skilled pilots which left for null sec and then after some time came back, preferring faction warfare over the null sec life. |

also, not bringing ships out of home system for being afraid of losing them, or losing a battle, or not having t3 boosts in system, is legitimate. |

Today one of the "elite gallente solo pvp'ers" wanted to take a plex. So he engages a hookbill in his dramiel. Lo behold, into local comes his (caldari militia spy alt) loki booster and dramiel wins because of that.
So we go chase out the dramiel with dramiel and hookbill. Dramiel flees, obviously. We reinforce plex with griffin and another hookbill, killing one pirate hawk with my hookbill while going to plex.
Timer counts down, then three thrashers (led by no-risk dramiel pilot who left his expensive crap home) enter local boosted by said loki. Thrashers come and engage our frigates. And promptly get slaughtered without being able to even scratch through anyones shields.
Gallentes say we are "blobbing noobs" despite us having frigates vs destroyers and they having a loki booster we cannot touch. And only reason why we won was because of ecm griffin which makes us even more noobish (in their opinion.
They also complain about npc presence which the original dramiel triggered there and didnt bother clearing because he is content to capture plexes without pulling said npc aggro due to his high caldari standing.
This is fairly typical example of average gallente players mindset. Just so you know. |
