Sooo many assumptions and not enough insight.
What is better?
3% on 20B or 3% on 0.00 because you leave it sitting idle.
You guys are making assumptions that everyone has TIME on their hands to make that isk work for them.
You guys are making assumptions that EVERYONE is in it for the isk.
I have little time on my hands and would gladly lend that isk to a trusting friend who can do some good with it. Hell I have lent out more isk for even less a return to help out a friend.
Man this got buried pretty quick and I almost forgot about it.

Interest payments on this bond has just been completed.
My apologies for the lateness of the payments.
(Not quite as late as for the 70B ISK bond - But regardless)

FYI/FWIW:
I got hit by a triple whammy
- Needed an (intended short) EVE timeout (somehow a week suddenly grew into 12 days...)
- Literally (no kidding!) as I decided to get logged in again, my GFX died on me...
This was on a Friday night - So no running to a shop to get a replacement...
So I ordered a new one online, which of course (sigh) got delayed... So what should have been a quick 3-4 days to get a new GFX ended up stretching across 2 weekends...
- Couple days before my GFX arrived I got sick... Go figure...
So needless to say my "relationship" with RL is somewhat strained atm...
But (/fingers crossed) I'm back in the saddle once more.
