So I've been asking a lot, learning a ton, and really enjoy trading. In 5 hours, I will finish Retail V and start towards Wholesale IV. The only other things I have planned are Margin Trading IV and Marketing IV. So like, after that, should I go for Tycoon?
For the most part, I do region trading. I have 53 orders and they're always full. However, with Wholesale IV adding IV adding another 64 orders to my list, are they always utilized?
After my current skill plan finishes, I will still be under the 1.6m SP mark for the training bonus. So I can still sneak in another big skill -- I think.
Here is a list of my trading skills:
Trade Accounting Broker Relations Contracting Daytrading Margin Trading Marketing Procurement Retail Trade Total Skillpoints in Group: 846,413
Total Skillpoints: 1,030,009 Total Number of Skills: 30 -
Here's my EveMon plan:
Estimated SP when done - Skill 1.00m SP - Retail V . 1.23m SP - Wholesale IV 1.34m SP - Margin Trading IV 1.45m SP - Marketing IV

Wholesale 5 is a b!tch to train but from there Tycoon 1-5 will grant you as many as 160 more orders, for a total of 305 slots. Comes in handy for a single trader who wants to mirror his order portfolio across 2 busy regions like say The Forge and Lonetrek.
Tycoon is kinda like a freighter. You'll know when you need it.

When i traded i also did regional trades. One character had the max amount of orders wich is stated above in the 300 range and still i found a need for more.So i added 4 trade alts and myself to the party.
I think i was round the 550 order range.I had 3 regions and allways needed all my orderslots. At the end one region was left -burnout- and i had the 'need' for 250ish orders up there.
Also they where all and allways buy orders except for when i reprocessed after a few months and needed to sell the minerals in jita.Only then did i have less then 10 slots for mineral sales filled.
The question if you need that many slots mostly is about how much effort/work you want to put in it.I usually updated the 50k+ orders daily with the annoying 0.01 and the lower ones only once a week. But even this costed me 1.5 to 2 hours every night. It was a ***** to do

Depends on what you trade in. If you are going the reprocess route or the named item route, then, as I understand it (no personal experience here) the more slots the better. Personally, I prefer to be more focused. At one point my main had about 40 orders on the go but he's since cut back to 10-12, while my other regional hub alts run 8-10 and my tertiary hub alts run 6-8. In any case, you might find it useful to spend skill points on alts, rather than going for more slots on your main once you hit 1.6mil sp, as you could get more orders per unit of time spent training if you go down this path. Although this obviously assumes you have spare alts.

So reading is not your stongest point. No problem mate we all have to start somewhere so i will say it a bit slower.
I USUALLY UPDATED THE ORDERS WICH HAD A PRICE RANGE OF 50.000 PER UNIT OR ANYTHING THAT IS HIGHER THEN 50.000 PER UNIT.
If this still is too hard to read please say so , i will gladly assist.I have a soft spot for people with reading comprehension or a small brain.

That's why I let them be Dretzle. Sometimes you don't need to highlight failure, but just let it run its own course.

Stop turning every thread into an I hate EBank and/or it's employees thread. Seriously, it's getting old.

Wow. I didn't see any EBank flaming; nor did I see ripping on employees because of their EBank status either.

In addition to what RAW23 wrote about the math on trade slots per training time, the other obvious benefit of training up alts (vs. more skill points on a single pilot) is that this can make it simpler to cover more than one region or location. In one sense, you could easily use one pilot to cover the same 30 orders across three hubs that RAW23 has, but you'll probably save significant (travel) time on an ongoing basis by using alts.

(Note: I'm making a joke, not making an insult: don't get angry! It's just funny what you can do with quoting, e.g., this exploitation of a grammtical ambiguity in the original full sentence.) á á
