I joined red versus blue a while ago and it has been amazing so far. Experianced PVPers and carebears who wanna give PVP a go fighting against the other colour and everybody is having fun. I got in and 5 minutes later i was in a 10v10 frigs+cruisers battle.

Ive been playing the game for months on and off.
I went from care-bearing, too FW then to a small (FAIL)0.0 alliance and never had as much fun in-game.
Since finding out about EVE Ive always dreamed about jumping into a massive battle in a battleship, and RvB gave me this opportunity, so much <3<3 and I defiantly recommend all new pvp's to join if they want fun ^^

RvB, left it a few days ago and I miss it already, very fun corps to be in, lots of pvp, usually cheap but sometimes people go wild :p
I totally recommend this product to everyone, and I mean everyone, if u dont know what to do next in eve, if u have an alt and dont know where to place it, if u want to try PvP, if you want PvP and dont want to invest many isks, with 10 millions people can buy frigates and fit them with t1 and fight for a long time.

Yes you can. Many characters are experienced player's alts who are also active in their main corps. You can also join and leave when you want.

Poastin' again.
I started FC'ing for real a couple months back when i started RvB and it's really helped a lot to give me more confidence and give me a greater knowledge of eve. I encourage anyone who is looking to start PVP or up their game to join and have fun.
Also i'm an alt and i fit this nicely around my 0.0 life, it's a big difference from the 0.0 PVP i know and it's something i really enjoy.

I've used to PvP in some fail alliances. After becoming a dad, free time was spares and now after becoming a dad for the second time, I very seldom have more than 2-3 hours a day to play EvE, and even then I have to go AFK, when the kids wake up crying :(
But RvB gave me the chance to still get alot of good fights -and cheap funs ones, since I dont have the time to make iskies either. Oh yea, and I always have loved frigs and cruiser fights -you dont see them in 0.0 very often, do ya...

Who knew? Fights every day -- no wait lines - Strategies, tactics, constant refits just hoping to get the edge on your next fight. RVB is a blast! -- Ive learned more in 6 weeks than I did in 4+ years of PVE -
Im sure you heard the ole' saying if you do something 100 times it truly becomes a habit and you naturally do now what use to take forevor -
Well RVB gives you all that and then some. -- Give it a try, trust me there is nothing to lose and so very much to gain.

I've seen RvB mentioned alot, is it just blob warfare but instead of hacs and other t2 ships its just t1 ships? I've always wanted to find some place in eve where you can just do a 2v2 or 1v1 without having to fly around and catch someone with their pants down (And i dont have the skills to do that anyway) "Primary! fire!" stuff doesn't pique my interest.
I would think with all the combat going around, the thought of an 'arena' where ppl get bet on matches and fight each other has never been developed.

Hi karen,
Consentual 1v1s are protected by the rules of RVB. You request one in the shared RVB channel and then move to private convo to arrange a place for your duel, most people use a planet or a safespot. Other pilots are forbidden to intervene in your fight but you are encouraged to do it in a private spot.
We have a dedicated community of 1v1 pilots, they prefer not to join fleets but prefer to hone their skills against single opponents. If 1v1 is your thing, you can be assured of lots of fights whether you choose to join red or blue.
