Has there ever been any artwork (fanmade or official) to depict any of the various faction officers that exist? (e.g. Draclira Merlonne, Estamel Tharchon, etc) I had a quick search but couldn't find anything.

There has been, actually, for the (now defunct) EVE Collectible Card Game. I'll see about chasing down the images and if I can post them, I will.

Here we go. All kudos goes to CCP Tallest for digging around and finding these. S'cuse the odd numbering scheme. I thought I was done, then found 3 more people.

Thanks! The fact that the Blood Raiders look even more cyberpunk than the Angels / Serpentis really surprised me. But they're all awesome.

Heh, I never really thought about that. It's a good point.
Oh and, perhaps the next time there's a discussion about what's worn in pods (which always brings forth this) somebody might put forward that Brynn's portrait is evidence to the contrary. Of course, that may not be a capsule at all, it may be some terribly dangerous, crazy-ancient Jovian artifact. That doesn't explain her lack of clothes so well, though, and the background sure is egg-shaped.
I agree with you on the awesomeness of the art. Our artists do some amazing work, it must be said.

I still have that card game about the place. Four decks, one for each race.

They were from the Exiled expansion - the only expansion ever made for the game - which was focused on the 4 main pirate factions.
I only ever got a few of these cards because it was abandoned shortly after the xpac came out and it was taken out of stock at most places. Shame, the few times I got people to play it it was quite fun.

Now if only there were an animated short film done in the same sort of style. Would be pretty awesome. :)
