Just been noticing a slow down in ship sales over the last few months, Once upon a time I would sell 8 Carriers in arround 5 days. Currently I have s bit of a backlog due to technicaly issues so I have 19 Carriers on the market. I was checking the sell orders forum I notice a lot of people trying to offload there Capital BPO's.
Any ideals why so many people are heading for the exit on Capital Bpo's ?

They need isk to buy up all the technetium.
I would say the number of people selling capital BPOs is similar to what it usually is, maybe even lower atm.

The capital ship market should be quite healthy at the moment. With the introduction of all those anomalies in Dominion there should be more liquid isk flowing in and considering the relatively high prices of marauders the PvE Carrier can be even kinda cost effective. Considering that anomalies don't have acceleration gates and you can jam a carrier in there just fine.

A potential reason for a slow down in capital ship sales in the last few months could possibly be linked to the impending expansion and sov changes. None of the big 0.0 power blocks would have engaged in long term conflicts before they could fully understand the changes to sov.
Now we have the changes, we are witnessing allot of the major power blocks clashing - on top of this, due to the current lag and node issues a large quantity of capitals are being destroyed due to grid issues. Thus increasing demand.
It makes sense that capital sales should actually rise in the next few months.
