omgomgogomgomgoaoa	Posted - 2010.01.07 22:46:00 - [1] Does anyone have a decent minmatar ratting ship i can get from -6.5 to -2 in within a week? I was tihnking a shield tanked hurricane. I have a lowsec location for a good ratting chain of systems but am wondering is there any NRDS 0.0 (apart from providence?) Any suggestions? Maybe a vaga?

Embrace the dark side! Failing that NRDS is the best option (if you gonna do it in one week more so, and prepare for long boring days), and belts rats are horrible easy to kill in any ship. Not really sure anoyne else then CVA offers NRDS tbh. Tanks 144 dps against the rats you are thinking of taking on so basically warp in gank a bs then your shield should rep up whilst you are checking a new system for rats!

Fill your cargo with ammo, fit a normal pvp fit vaga except web replacing the disruptor. You can zip between systems for hours and not much can stop you if you aren't stupid.

In lowsec you will just give in to an innocent retriever mining veldspar in a 0.2 belt and end up losing more sec :) also train fast talk, it takes less than a week.

There is more than enough NBSI traffic through the region to treat it as such. COW still has some holdings there too if I'm not mistaken. I've even had alt scouts popped by gangs with RE-AL members. I noticed that I didn't really need the AB and could sacrifice another medslot for a disruptor and still kill the spawns np. Choice of ammo depends on the type of rats you're up against.
