This was taken from chat in Tuomuta.

The thread is now completely illegitimate. No.Mercy were given admin rights to the forum and had the ability to edit posts.
Image of possible editing. This image shows that Battlestar's own post was changed between the time of the information exchange and the time of posting this on the forums.
This shows that a director from AB-C has given the Name and Password. All links that had shown Ebay accounts being sold, and the buying of isk are completely false as with Admin rights the posts can be changed.

Mine is a longhaired something. Vet said it was a purebred something or other I forget what. She was saved on the side of the road, some **** dumped a litter of kittens before their eyes were even open. Not sure how the rest fared out but emmy (the cat) managed to wander through the woods for a few days and come to the road just in time to be saved, and is now living the posh life.

AB-c Bought isk through the corp wallet (got caught and reformed the corp to avoid the negative wallet balance)
sold chars on EBAY
regularly flames eachother on their own forums
has to regularly reign in their ceo from his drunken 'diplomacy' attempts
failed a 40b blackmail scheme based on a lie (oh btw the pos was an offline tower in caldari highsec with BPOs in the labs, not the station)
lost additional isk hiring mercs (props to noir for bringing a good fight unlike ab-c)
lied to their members about the recreation of their corp
encouraged a spy into my corp who when he was caught and his reputation ruined, they laughed about him
are watching their member count shrink daily as multiple members have betrayed them
their own directors turning on their corp?
its all true, nothing was edited because nothing was needed to be edited. you can thank that director for trolling his own corp's forums and making them public for eve to see.

I think that would depend who did it. I know that if I were hosting my corp's forums and got ****ed and exposed everything... it's perfectly legal. I mean, the worst that can happen is a civil suit in what would presumably amount to a "small claims court".
In reality, this is all the more reason for CCP to get their social networking site off the ground - a well put together alliance forum/etc on CCP hardware would be ideal, and would eliminate even the question of civil suits.
