I need clarity here. You really need to define exactly what role you are taking in the war in the north.
Jerichos meddling role has largely caused grief to a large number of alliances in the north, not directly through any semblance of combat prowess, but through powerplay, manipulation, lies, deceit and treachery.
If there was any time for Jericho to aim to recover whatever honour it once had it is now.
Stop straddling the fence and take a side in the war you created, and face up to some responsibility instead of taking a minimal effort role in your sideline powerplays.
Or STFU.

Had some fun in PA space today, as a matter of fact.
I got bored, so I built a Caracal from recycled minerals and headed up to PA's home system.
When I got there I did a system scan, and found a Dread Guristas Usurper and several escorts (2 destroyers, a few cruisers and some frigs) in Belt #2, along with about 45-50 torpedos on my range scanner. In addition, there was a PA Raven and a few other ships at that belt.
I figured what the hell, no guts, no glory. I warped in and locked the Raven, and they ran for their lives.
After they ran I almost got smoked by the NPC's, and made it out with about 3% shields left.
Over the next 25-30 minutes I just bounced back and forth between stations, belts, planets and gates looking for a reasonably fair fight (didn't happen, there was 15 in local and I guess 8-9 mobilized to fight me)
Whenever I would find someone solo, within about 30 seconds the rest would show up and spoil my fun. 
After a while I figured the only way I was going to kill anything would be just to die doing it, so when I found a solo Omen at one of the stations, I warped in and went to work. He died just as his 5-6 buddies showed up, and the Lawn Dart went down in a rolling ball of flames and spinning tritanium. 
Props to PA for a good fight, no smacktalking and it was a nice break to the monotony.
I'll be back soon

i seem to remember PA doing nuthing while RKK and others battled the full force of FE/CA
then you tryed to clam the land and the credit we had won, THen you NAPed with the CA the same people we were activly fighting! there was a lot of other things but it all been covered on the forums.

I am new to this, but maybe after your corporation killed most of the CA and conquered their lands, the CA went to the PA for help?

And whatever happened to JF's anti-closed-space policy... seems some alliances are closed on their back door that they don't have any direct problems with. JF stinks of hipocracy and double standards and now more than ever it's cystal clear to population of Eve.
I hereby propose JF and RKK merge, you are two corps that evidently have an awful lot in common. I don't think any commonality of purpose remains in your friendships with anyone else. And I'm sure RKK could use 2 more frigate pilots.
BTW: I'm actually starting to feel a little bit sorry for NSA these days. Didn't expect that to happen
