Our station in PXF-RF in Fountain was reinforced for the first time /shield/ on 10.01.2010 in very early EVE time around 1am. iHub reinforced also at that time. Two and a half days later on 12.01.2010 at about 1,45am EVE time station was taken after exiting first reinforce mode and without going into second /armor/ reinforce mode. At the same time the iHub in the system was still invulnerable with a several hours more till exiting its second reinforce mode. As you can see in the attached pic, sov was lost 14 minutes after station was taken. Pic from ingame sov stats - http://dl.eve-files.com/media/1001/PXF.jpg At the same time our other station 2 jumps from PXF in V6-NY1 had correctly being taken into second /armor/ reinforce mode a few hours later after we lost the PXF station. Weirdly though this very morning it showed me a message that we have lost sov in V6-NY1 because our TCU was destroyed - still it is present in that very same system alive, as you can see in pic2. Pic from ingame msg for sov lost, while TCU still there and station still invulnerable in RF mode - http://dl.eve-files.com/media/1001/TCU.jpg Petition about PXF filed early on 12.01, bug report filed but still 24 hours later I have no response whatsoever. I'm now not expecting any response except blah-blah we're very sorry. Thanks CCP for your great and timely support. So watch out for your stations in this new Dominion expansion, that has been "extensively tested" and "bug free".

However saying that bugs suck, I hope CCP fix this and the lag and I hope SPLOT HTFU and start fighting for a change.

He did not whinge and pretend the station would not have been taken eventually, he just described a bug so that others know about it. The fact that sot would not have defended the station anyway is irrelevant to the fact there is a known bug in place, as admitted by CCP. If in a different set of circumstances, the owning alliance had wanted to defend the station, they now would not be able to because of the bug, not because they fail. Repping is not meant to be necessary.

It was never assaulted after the 07.01.2010 "fix" and prior to this assault so it should of had full shields and armor at the time it was assaulted for the first reinforce and after the "fix", same goes for V6. Lilly Tigress Caldari Dark Knights of Deneb Against ALL Authorities	Posted - 2010.01.13 09:38:00 - [25] if you havent repped the armor of the shiny invulnerable station or the structure, which is ofc even possible while station is invulnerable, only the automatically recharging shields are the measure for the complete overtake, so if the attacker kills the shields and the station exits reinforced its lost. its kinda funny how the op comes in here and blames ccp while having a clue of sov mechanics that is dwelling beyond the absolute freezing point of 0 kelvin.

Dude just because Goons never came and helped you doesnt make it SOTs fault, this whole drama started because YOU blued Goons thinking you were 'cool', SOT have never been able to get a word in with you 'in charge' take the PR- situation in DWII or the Hurley situation for example. Saying that SOT really should have a mind of their own, although it was more of a "do as we say or your NEXT" relationship with PL and Goons, the station losses were stupid of SOT but your 'leadership' helped SOT gain that status.
