Its simply Northern Pandemic Goons and Against Stain Initiativirate (now with added Molle, your whites are whiter then ever) :D

Should the corpses of PL/SoT come over to Delve and Help goons, i would throw them into the Goon-Powerblock, but not now. There are also rumours about a bunch of PL wandering ro the northern front, to fight with one of the sides there (protip: It's the side that's known for good pvp) so lets just wait. Its quite interesting to see that apart from NC and SC most power blocs have around 7000 to 8000 people in them (yes Stainwagon has less but I'm generalising).

As you can see there's a general idea of "this area works together against that area", however, mixed into each area are a lot of different standings, the blue of your blue may not be your blue :) or he may be, or he may temporarily be. Or an alliance may reset their standings (See ATLAS vs. Agression.) and change everything. I'm not going to pretend to know a lot about it. I have a general idea and beyond that there's too many small details to be bothered with.

You and others who have pointed that out are certainly right, and one could make a point of placing A+Allies and Atlas+Allies into seperate Powerblocks, but in the big picture and in the long run, there is generally one Southern Powerblock consisting of -A-, Atlas, ROL and The Initiative, with each of them having a bunch of different smaller Alliances blued. But it boils down to these four alliances forming a core and a number of smaller alliances allied to one or more of them. It simplifies things a bit, but it's not practical to get it more complicated.
