WTF. I have cable modem, the patch of 103 mb is downloading at snail speeds. Care to mail the patch to me ccp?

Most of them don't work or provide even lower speed than the primary mirrors.

It took 1.5 hours for my patch to d/l. Went out and did some Christmas shopping.

Try a different mirror. First mirror I tried gave me 6kb/sec. Second one gave me over 350kb/sec.

I had the same problem, was getting 9.2kb/sec
I DL'ed a "download" manager and patch was DL'ed in 30mins 
............................

I tried all mirrors and 30kb is the best I can get. Won't install a DL-Manager as this winXP is a fresh install and I won't put trashware on it just to make up for CCPs crappy servers  .
Just sucks when it takes you 1.5 hours for a 133mb DL...
Doesn't really matter though. The game probably suffers from lags and bugs anyway so it doesn't really matter whether I log in now or in an hour.
Time for a proper meal I guess...

Oh, and btw, uploaded today sofar 1.2 gb of updated patches data on bittorrent.
I really wish, they would turn off the download servers complette by now and let the people instead use bt, maybe than the lag wouldnŠt be that horrible ;)
Took me 5 minutes right now just to dock *g*
Awell, starting bt again, maybe it will be tomorrow playable ...

if you have a cable modem and you use the bit torrent download, it should take you about 30min. thats how long it took me.

sithy, use bittorrent, and then leave it running once its done downloading, so others can take advantage of it. Goes WAY faster as long as the others keep their torrents up.

Best to try an alternate time. I d/led it at 2:00 am cst last night (about 8:00 am GMT) and using a d/l manager I pulled it off the primary server in 12 mins using DSL.
Hope you have luck.

try using one of the mirrors, can even try the full version, but make backups from bookmarks and other things then.
