Get up, go outside , and breath deep. That is fresh air and probably something new to you. Enjoy life!
1. Fail, shun the non-believer 2. First off, yes I cry. Second, you got it wrong. I'm an American Mom and I keep my kids in the basement to mine veldspar in my self made labor camp for me. 3. You attacked me, my family, my way of life, and yes I'm a self made billion-isk-er, so there!
Outside? Germs? People? Doooon't think so. |

The downtime is being caused by a database issue. our engineers have identified the problem and we expect to have Tranquility back up by 16:30 UTC
Yeah but what day?

Think about every character's assets across all stations in the entire universe and cope with the fact that CCP has to keep these things tracked in a database in nearly real time. If you don't appreciate what kind of work has to go into building and maintaining such a system then perhaps you shouldn't be telling them how to do their jobs :P
Uhm, If they cant do there jobs maybe they should be fired? After many MANY downfalls of the dominion patch maybe they should stop s*cking off Bill Gates and jump on a "decent" database bandwagon?
Also just for your information I indeed do know exactly how servers and networks operate. When building a game like Eve and you cannot make it run stable & right now it aint doing at all then dont put it online untill its fixed PROPERLY.
whats even more ammusing is all the people who come out of the wood work claiming to know exactly how servers and networks run better then the people doing the job.
If you know how to do it better submit a resume and take a job at CCP and show us all how much you know about servers, databases and networks

The basic concept of "limited resources" seems to elude you. If you're working Microsoft, Google/YouTube, Blizzard, or someone of similar size then I can see how you may fall into this mindset. Otherwise you're just being dense to be argumentative.
