Hello Capsuleers,
We are aware that Tranquility is offline. The issue is being investigated and we will provide updates whenever we can. We thank you for your patience while this issue is resolved.
The downtime is being caused by a database issue. our engineers have identified the problem and we expect to have Tranquility back up by 16:30 UTC

CCP, is it so hard to buy server which can handle tripple load of people??? Fantastic game, but it crashes down on very harsh moment, sucks....

At least explain us why. Don't think everybody will understand, but many will... that's a bit scarying. Is tranquillity such a mess?

I hope you guys had a plan B regarding the db - or did you just drink the MSSQL koolaid? Or whatever the yanks call it.
