I am now in charge of the actual drawing as he needed someone with no ties to this to do it. I have no intrest in who wins this lottery and I can't be bought so don't waste your f-ing time. Also before you accuse me of being an alt check my play time.

Me(nod) as I have some respect for you as a person due to dealings in the past on my other account I will gladly answer the question you ask.
1. What are your qualifications to pick the winning number(s)?
Me and Chinokk are currently in discussion about how would be the best way to base it on a real world number that can be easily verified.
2. Your link to your 'website' doesn't show the method of picking this number. How will it be performed? Same answer as 1
3. Why is you security status -1.2?
Are you also an unscrupulous pirate like chinokk?
I have a thing for fighting ;) and we both know that a -1.2 is not a pirate as that can be done in one good fight in a .4 I carebear some too when i get in the mood, mostly on my alts.
4. Why did you join a new corp 3 days ago after being in a NPC corp for 1.5 years?
Did you know chinokk just joined a new corp 2 days ago, and gallmarr also joined a new corp 3 days ago?
Seems to be a lot of new corp movement for 3 of the 4 people involved in this 'lottery', right?
I joined my own corp as I just recently reactivated this character after dusting him off.
5. Did you know that '375 Rhinos' your current CEO of The Order of the Blade also has perpetrated a scam just like chinokk? Kind of odd, huh? Since you are going to drag my alt into this then lets be fair the only scam 375 Rhinos was ever involved in was a trade with an alt that you have pointed out in the past.
6. How does your involvement in this 'lottery' confirm that it is not just another scam? Honestly with how busy my life is now that I am in the military if i felt this was a scam I wouldn't be helping him.

After some thinking I have chosen invisiblecastle.com as the source for the draw and the link to the history page for my account there will be included as part of the draw to prevent any chance that I roll multiple times to get a certain result.

Threat - An expression of an intention to inflict pain, injury, evil, or punishment.
If you read his statement you will notice that he shows no intention to unless someone met the clause of accusing him of being a liar, thus according to the definition of threats he is not making one.
BTW, my personal opinion is grow up, and quit being a troll.

I am selling this character to make some in-game money and as such will no longer be using it for the lottery, but it will be replaced by my new alt Bloom Syndrome
