Dragonmede	Posted - 2010.03.08 00:47:00 - [2] That would take an act of CCP to accomplish really. I just did a flyby of Mitsolen Ice Belt, and counted 73 in local, and at least 40 hulks. The ones that I ran an Info on appeared to be members of student accademies for a 6 months to 2 years with no security status (no mission runs), and no PC Corps in their Histories. It would be awesome if CCP would allow us to Wardec 1 year academy students, but as it stands CONCORD stands ready to protect their activities. There should be a limit to the amount of time that someone can hide under the skirts of the Training Academies.

I understand your point but like my previous story with 10 hulks loggin in just to ks you every morning..and when you check they have the same last name and works for noob corps...gets annoying..specially when you get suicide ganked for them cause they thought its you whose doing it...and they move from system to system...i quit mining for that..btw...I dont know why i was led to believe that mining is amazing......with the mineral prices right now...

Mocam	Posted - 2010.03.08 11:41:00 - [28] A revamp of mining would probably fix it. Tie rat spawns to how much is pulled from a belt and make the rats more dangerous. A macro mining fleet, pulling a ton out of a spot, would flood-fill it with rats that could/would kill the miners. With such a change, miners would have to watch how much they pull at a time or they might get too many rats on them plus you'd have a great deal of appreciation for miners and mining -- ratters would look for mining groups going out so they could keep busy with the rats vs "defend a mining op? uhp... can I watch grass grow instead?" A more 'win-win' scenario that'd gut the macro crowd while improving relations among eve players.

She will stay in the Training Corp and as soon as she can competently fly a Drake she will begin to hunt Miners in her own Corp. Bruhaaaaaahaaaaa
