I just thought some people would like buy it alone (which they evidently do). So i kind of made it a "special item".

I will of course continue selling the regions presently available.

First of all if you warp out in the second level you always start in the first level again. Everything inside complexes has a constant respawn time ... i'd estimate about 15 minutes perhaps? (so you kill sth ... 15 mins pass and it respawns) So i can answer your question with yes and no ... if you thought it is triggered by the gate: it is not. Secondly, the 7th Tier Overseer Personal Belongings are for selling only .. they are NOT keys! Try to slel em to concord ... have no idea what they're worth tbh.
