I would take Cap Booster 75 BPO for all 2200 of LP's right now...since MARKET has never been update to include them...
or Shield AMP Booster BPO... (yeah right) but would be nice

Hel-lo?
Brief introduction to EVE for those who've been here less than 5 seconds...cos by that time you'll have figured it out...everyone screws everyone else. It's only fair that the Agents should get in on the act.
Thank you! That's precisely what I was thinking about the whole time I was reading this thread. Did it ever occur to anyone (besides Grey Area and myself) that the agent might be trying to pull a fast one on you? These guys are offering you side jobs on their own. They are not official missions for the corporation. Wouldn't it be logical to think that there might be a little self-interest on the part of the agent for some of these missions? Ok, that might be a little bit of a stretch, but it's a reasonable explanation for why some of these offers stink. I've turned down 3 offers already. My agent has wanted LP's in exchange for worthless Tech 1 modules. I realized all I could do with those modules was refine them, and I would be better off keeping my LP's, so I turned them down.
Would there be any sense to having super duper uber offers every time? The economy is imbalanced enough as it is. The solution is to either create boat loads of crap offers, with the occasional super duper one thrown in, or to have only super duper offers, but have to wait an eternity to get one. Now, which would you rather have?

"These items are being offered to you by your agent: one unit of Rattlesnake battleship BPC
The agent is requesting the following as payment for the item: five years worth of sexual favours all Loyalty Points"
decisions, decisions... o.O;

I would be shocked to know that the ridiculousness of these offers was actually planned that way---to fool us.
I agree that these offers are really dumb and I would like to know if anyone has got one that was actually decent.

The loot stinks because of buggy code.
I like the fact that there are some seriuous die hards here who would RP the situation.
But let's face facts:
1) Deadspace missions bugged.
2) Important missions bugged. The level 3 missions refer you to level 1 important missions and give level 1 rewards 20k or +1 implant.
3) Feature or bug not sure but sometimes important missions come back to back now. Of course since the reward is useless and the faction gain is 1/8 what it used to be, no big loss.
4) LP offers are likely the wrong level as well. I was offered a 125mm compressed rail from a level 3 agent.
You guys can RP that agents are trying to screw people over or whatever you want. I see bugs in the code, to each their own.

Heh, yeah. I got an offer to trade in some dogtags plus some minerals and some LP to get a bloddy Atron. Yawn... and this was from a pretty good level 3 agent... I'd expect better than that from a lv 3. |
