Coming from someone who cheerfully admits to running a scam "bank" I'm not sure we should listen to this kind of trolling. |

I know i've been disparaging of EBank in the past, but I must say the Ebank staff have proved themselves commited to furthering the EBank enterprise and so they deserve our support in gathering ever more ISK

I don't understand why people have to be so negative in this thread. Ebank is working very hard to return isk to people, we just have to give them our support and more time.

Personally, I think Ray and the rest of the Board are trying to make the best of a bad situation, and I applaud their efforts. If they had wanted to, they could have just walked away and let it go, but they are choosing to continue to try to get the bank solvent, at least to the point where people can get their money back. Kudos to them for trying.

Yeah see, if there had of only been two negatives, the product would have been a positive and we would have been in profit now!

What is EBank? What is EBank?!
Who were the first men to sail the great seas or land on the moon?
That is EBank.
Who were those fearless warriors who held The Pass at Thermopolaye? Or faced down the Imperial Guard at Waterloo? Or crashed upon the beaches of Normandy and Iwo Jima?
That is EBank!
Who are those who have stood up to tyranny and oppression in its countless forms since the very dawn of civilization itself?!
THAT IS EBANK!
So to you, good sir, I pray you look inside yourself to all that is good and just and heroic inside you...and there, my good fellow...at the very core of who you are...you will find EBank...and you will know what it is.

♥ Don't give up! ♥ I'm making this thread because I'm tired of all the flack the Ebank depositors are catching for someone else's mistake. Over the last year I've seen nothing but hate, vitriol and raw nerdrage spewed over the interwebs at these fine upstanding members of our community. I think it's time we band together and let Ebank depositors know that we think they're doing the right thing leaving their money in Ebank, and we believe in Ebank's ability to repay them in full with interest.
♥ You can get it back! ♥ I want to thank the following people for their hard work, grit and determination in the face of such adversity:
♥ All those who deposited money in Ebank and are awaiting its return.
♥ EBank depositors we believe in you! ♥
Please note, only a little "tongue in cheek". --

OH the love in this thread I thought I'd never post in it.. but just to show how much I appreciate the love I'll hint as to something coming soonÖ
"I was sitting in the park the other day playing EVE on my Dell laptop and a bee stung me. I pulled the Stinger out and it hurt too much so I looked for a hospital. The closest one I could find looked private, I went up to the Gates of the hospital and asked if I could get in. The guard, whose name was D. Dorman, I though that was oddly appropriate, said "No, this is a private hospital and I'm going to have to ask you to leave, now!" I explained that I had been stung by a bee and feared I was going into anaphylactic shock, and if he didn't let me in I could die right now.
He reluctantly agree, probably because he didn't want to clean up a dead body. When I entered the hospital the lobby was massive, extremely clean and had a big room echo to it like the Chambers of a cave. I was ushered over to the front desk where a beautiful nurse that went by the name Sasaki took me into the emergency room a doctor named Barrett gave me an injection. I felt good, really good after that. I was then taken off to a room where the nurses where giving everyone falacio. I couldn't believe it, drugged up and the possibility of this! I asked the closest nurse why these people are getting b. Jobs. She laughed and said "This is just what we do, would you like your happy ending now?" I couldn't believe it I'd never heard of anything like this but I wasn't going to turn it down. The end.

This must be an American hospital because I have been told many times by my leaders that we have the best health care in the world. The free market gives you blowjobs. You heard it here first.

I think it's time to officially declare the recovery effort a success.
Assets 741,918,547,111 Claimed Liabilities 633,536,959,469
The current revenue can cover interest and salaries.
Congratulations, guys. Job well done.

Lets see, they changed TOS after they were suposed to honor original TOS. Witch would have required them returning people¦s money if they dont agree on new tos terms...
They stole peoples money and started blackmail api-keys or else...
Against original agreement they dont pay interest on money in aco****s..
So i quess its miracly someone still believes theyre actyally trying to return customers money, witch they stole in firstplace.

I'm reading through the spreadsheet, but challenged to identify clearly the above "Claimed Liabilities"; also, is it defined whether customers are able to claim their liabilities without an API key (in essence, to say they are in fact still playing but refuse to comply with the change in TOS?)
Thanks for the help, Dzil

No problem, my good man. It's quite elementary really. You merely subtract the "unclaimed liabilities" (suspense accounts) from total liabilities, and the result is "claimed liabilities".
Obviously those who hold around 70% of deposits in EBank are so supportive of their noble efforts to revive this essential service provider that they are wiling to forgo claiming their deposits. This is of course no surprise as Sencnes has stated numerous times that 80% of depositors were fully in support of the recovery plan.
