Dear "luton" and all of "The Grail Seekers",
I write this open letter to you, inspired by the need to cleanse a harsh sickening feeling after the events that transpired today, Not because of losing an Astarte I bought and flew just to spite you after calling out that special Astarte pilot for taking 2 minutes to kill my cruiser (woops lol forgot mwd). No, I'm truly sickened by the thesis of your entire corp.
You really did show your true colors in an Astarte vs Astarte duel (switching to H.Interdictor??) with plans for a dirty, backstabbing ten way gang bang that would make the notorious "Dirty Sanchez" joke pale in comparison to the new, bigger, dirtier joke... You. I'm looking at your "impressive" gang bang resume on battleclinic, but the last time I have seen any kill that didn't come from some other cheese gang bang or the daily half-sleep gate camp, wasn't until the second to the last page.
You knew beforehand I was coming for you. You knew when I was there. You knew what ship I was flying. You knew it was one versus one. Yet pull this little stunt. Its second only to podding someone you just collected ransom from, heightened even further by the quality of ship invested just to prove a point. You don't spit out "so you can talk the talk..." jabber and not expect someone with balls, will, and ability, to show up and shove it in your face. This is a duel. The fact that I knowingly knew the risks of calling you out in your home system in an Astarte, just to prove the first thing I said to you; You are a lousy wannabe pilot. Did you ever see MY CREDENTIALS? I'm not Darius JOHNSON but take a look and see what a killboard should look like. The difference is clear.
Conclusion: I surpassed my original goals. And even though I lost roughly 400mil today of expendable warfunds about to be spent anyways, I won because you gained very close to nothing and I get to show you how your corp lost everything long ago. The little tally you sacrificed your pride for on battleclinic is worthless. I not only proved you were a crap pilot, but your entire corp is simply an irritating laughing stock of the same kind.
My whole beliefs that back the reasoning for writing this open letter is simple. I can't believe you could LOL with other sissies and earn RESPECT with these jokers by simply proving how big of a baby are really are, all for a measly 7mil in drops from a 300mil ship. All so you think you might be able to imagine walking the walk like a real man.
Although more direct construction may seem necessary, I think the subject was covered quite well.
I said enough.

Let me give my conclusion:
You got fustraited that you lost a cruiser, and decided to take an expensive ship, unscouted into a known pirate home system after provoking and taunting the pirates in question beforehand.
You then critise a highly effective, legitimate gate camping strategy. Sun Tzu's age-old advice: "If you know yourself and you know your enemy you need not fear the result of a hundred battles."
You got angry, you taunted and talked the talk, you got yourself killed, and now you complain and cry on the forums? You then brag that the drop odds didn't give us much, but we honestly don't care: Your tears and nerd-rage are ample in reward.
Well sir, good luck in your future ventures.
We eagerly await your return, perhaps in an even more expensive ship.

It is with great relief that I read your reply, Ekon. I was starting to fear that the entire C&P community lost their sense of morality in this matter. How are we more than livestock, or slaves for that matter, if we would accept such heinous deeds committed in our midst? How can we stand aside and watch while people are lying to eachother solely with the intent of wanton slaughter and backstabbery? We should cherish and take an example of the likes of yourself who DO manage to uphold at least the barest threads of the fabric of civilization.

You have commited one of the Seven Deadly Sins, Envy. "Envy (also called invidiousness) may be defined as an emotion that "occurs when a person lacks another's (perceived) superior quality, achievement, or possession and either desires it or wishes that the other lacked it."
You are obviously jealous of grape Fruits Superior piloting ability when it comes to fielding an Astarte. As such you have lost the charity in your hearts to this Envy.

while it should always be expected that you can and will be blobbed at any time (pretty much anywhere, especially as a pirate); when a fellow pirate states they will 1v1 it should ALWAYS be honoured. decieving someone under your own honour for a measley kill should never be acceptable, and disrespecting other players, even if they've killed you or you've killed them, shouldn't be acceptable. we're pvp'ers, not ****ing carebears, show some professionalism for christ sakes.

that sucks... just follow Murphy's law and always expect to be ganked. have an escape plan and let your friends know what your doing. (i personally think goonwaffe is a bad corp for piracy, unless you want to pvp in syndicate)
also, since you had so much time to prepare you should of REALLY done some quick homework on these guys and seen how they operated.

I can't believe CCp would allow any type of piracy to occur in hi-sec. They should suspend accounts for suicide ganking, can-flipping, scamming, dishonoring 1v1's and so on. If i wanted that type of childs play, i'd go to WOW or low-sec.

I'd just like to point out that only fail pilots dishonor 1v1's IMO 1v1s are considered the holy grail in eve and should never be dishonored and any pilot that does dishonor them is admitting that they arn't good enough to win in a fair fight which in turn means that any corp that dishonors a 1v1 is terrible at this game

man theres too many people in eve who take the game seriously, if you take a ship through low sec/null sec be prepared to lose it and dont moan like a little b**** especially when you go to a pirates home system looking for a fight with them.
It can be annoying cause ive been ganked in high sec and 1v1's dishonoured but at the end of the day its a game and therefore shouldnt be taken seriously. The point of playing a game is to relax and have fun if you cant do this then you shouldnt be playing eve.
