A legitimate question indeed. After tying up 5 billion, it's hard to see why you would be attempting to secure a 500 million bond. And am I reading this right? Only 3 weeks maturity on it? This bond makes no sense at all given your clear ability to put forth much more money than a measly 500m.

If you want to rep grind, just say you want to rep grind... all this dancing around with the story is just muddying the water.
Yes 12% in 3 weeks is a decent turn, but it's a usual offering. Yes 500m is a small starting principle but it's far less than you are capable of. No, buying characters is not a crime but you aren't disclosing much information and failing to clarify which was or wasn't bought in the past.
Cosmo is correct, you are losing money on this if you are paying out 12% but only making 6% on your other investment. If you need the money legitimately and expect a 4% weekly turn on it, you need to pull that money out of a fund only gathering you a 1.5% weekly return.

I hope you're joking, most posts so far have been fairly constructive in teaching you how MD works. These guys do their homework and are quick to point out inconsistencies and oddities in an offer, of which yours has many. The more you have, the less likely you are to honor the agreement. You may be 100% honorable but no one here knows that.
12% on 500m is 60m in a 3 week period... you aren't doing any favors to anyone here by offering this opportunity to invest. Investing isn't overly profitable for the investor until you've reached multiple billions invested at a 6%+ return.
People ask for 500m bonds because they need the money (which you don't), not simply to give someone something to invest in. Or they are rep grinding, which sounds like what you are trying to do but you've yet to just come out and say it so the chances of getting the money at this point are much more slim.

It's too late for that now. Had the OP not failed so hard at presenting the bond, I was actually prepared (as were others I'm sure) to take the entire bond myself pending an audit. I can't imagine anyone here is still actually considering this anymore. And thanks to the wonders of eve-search, the OP is screwed on this character for all time. I'm not sure how he would go about getting out of this hole he's dug for himself now.
